"It's okay Abu. It was never your fault. Why are you hurting yourself like this," she poured some water into a glass and held it out to him.

"But God knows how much guilt is inside my heart, my child. I wish I could have been more responsible. Your father. I am disgusted calling him my blood. I know I am at fault too, I know I shouldn't have forced that marriage on him but whatever he did to you can never be right. I won't ever forgive him for what he did," a few tears left his eyes and Manha kneeled in front of him holding his eyes.

"Abu, don't cry, please. It's okay, everything has passed." She wiped his tears making him sniff.

It was not a sight she ever expected to see in her life, it did something to her heart. Even seeing him realizing it all gave her some kind of relief.

"I was here to tell you something else and got carried away," he wiped his face from the napkin and gestured her to sit on the chair. She shook her head sitting on the rug comfortably.

"I will give him ten percent of his actual inheritance and ask him to leave from here. He doesn't deserve to even see you." He cupped Manha's face making her frown in disbelief.

"But he will be so mad. That will not be fair," she didn't give a damn about how much he inherited from the property and all but she knew he does all the crazy things in anger, and being the target of his anger was not something she wanted.

"What he did to you was fair?" He questioned making Manha look down for a moment before shrugging.

"It's between you and him Abu, I don't have anything to say."

"And all the other part is yours." She widened her eyes at that.

"No, please. I can not do that. I am just an employee and let me be that only."

"But-"

"Please Abu. That's the first and last thing I want from you. Give it to Fahad and uncle. I don't want anything, promise."

"Okay, not his share but what is yours will remain yours. The seventeen percent that is your right, hm," she nodded kissing his hand, and stood up.

"I have to be somewhere, can I go?" She hesitated and he nodded standing up.

"You can definitely go but we are all having dinner together. Fahad asked for it," Manha grinned knowing they probably would be telling about the pregnancy.

"I will be there." She picked her bag as they walked out of her cabin.

"And don't stress over it all."

"Yes ma'am, go now." He patted her back and Manha chuckled taking the left turn towards the elevators.
