"Alright I'll see y'all tomorrow." I said about to walk out the door holding Serayah's hand. Only Jay and Teyana was there but they were bout to leave as well.
"Drive safe." Teyana said.
"I hope you ready for yo' tattoo tomorrow." He mumbled giving me a hug.
"Imma be ready." I laughed walking out the door and I seen Avontae's car beside mine. He was standing by it with his door open in front of the shop.
"Daddy." Serayah yelled running to him and I just looked awkwardly as I walked to where he was standing.
"You drunk?" I asked
"Hey to you too." He mumbled.
"Avontae." I said as he held Serayah.
"Nah I'm not." He said and I looked at him. "If I was I wouldn't hide that I don't gotta lie to you bout simple shit like that." He said.
"What you doing here?" I asked.
"You hug all yo' male friends like that?" He asked.
"Like what? Why are you watching me?" I asked.
"Ain't that the same nigga who was at yo' house?" He asked.
"My business does not concern you. He's my friend, you don't have to worry about me messing off with my friends like you did." I said.
"Why you always doing that. Always throwing that shit back in my face like I want to be reminded of how I hurt you." He said.
"Not finna do this." I said grabbing Serayah walking to my car and he followed me.
"Why you walking away?" He asked as I put Serayah in her car seat. I closed the door and he stood in front of me.
"Do you even hear what you saying. Talking bout you don't wanna be reminded like you the victim in this situation. Ain't nobody tell you step out on me." I said.
"You brought that shit back up I ain't say nothing bout that. You still holding that over my head what else you want me to do about it?" He said.
"Because you coming to my job questioning me bout another nigga when that's not your place. We not together you don't have the privilege of questioning me like that." I said.
