Oh how it feels to be stuck inside the OW base during a pandemic,it's pretty boring and there's not much to do,I was walking in the hallways,observing what the others are doing,some of them are training,playing games,working or just simply relaxing. I walk into the lounge area of the base and see that not a lot of people were here,except for Soldier:76 . It only took a couple of steps to bring his attention from what he was doing to look at me,I wave at him with a small smile. "S: Hey Y/N" He said casually as he was wearing a blue robe and he was looking through something on the tablet.
I walk towards the shelf to check if there was some tea,I've recently discovered strawberry & vanilla tea while I was shopping in the store yesterday. I pour in some water into the kettle and wait for it to warm up,I wrapped the string of the teabag around the handle of my mug. I observe Soldier:76 for a bit as I wait for the water to warm up.
His short,messy white hair clashes with his light skin,the tablet's screen shining against his visor and the way he drinks coffee from his mug just makes me blush,then I heard the kettle make a loud steaming noise.
It's ready,I hold the kettel carefully and pour the water into the mug,it was making the teabag float slowly,it feels pretty nice..watching it float.
I hold my mug and head to where Soldier:76 was sitting,he looked at me as I stood in front of him "S: You want to sit next to me,right?" He asked,knowing what I was going to do. He moved a little bit to make space for me,I sit down and rest my head against the sofa,I placed my tea on the table and then look up at the ceiling. It was so..plain,empty and...lonely? I close my eyes for a bit and try to imagine something,but it was no use,nothing popped up.
I look over at Soldier:76,who looked bored as well,I could only tell from body language,since his face was covered with his visor. I lay down on his lap,which surprised him. "S: Y/N??" He said,looking at me with a confused look on his face,I didn't reply,I just rested my head on his lap,closed my eyes and fell asleep.
3rd Person P.O.V
"S: There's nothing I can do for you to get off my lap since you fell asleep" He says to himself as he was observing Y/N,her H/L H/C was sparkling against the light,her tiny hands resting on the sofa,almost on his leg too. Her head was resting on his lap,slowly moving. He lets out a sigh as he placed his hand on her shoulder. He rests his head back against the sofa and slowly drifts off to sleep,both of them cuddle against each other in their sleep,they somehow felt..safe in each other's arms,that nothing could happen to them..they were in peace.
A/N - Hey hey hey readers! Sorry that this was a short one,I couldn't think pf anything for the time being and I was pretty busy this week,so I couldn't do much progress on other oneshots and other fanfics that I've released so far.
