it was his phone, he grabbed it out of his pocket and looked at the screen. it read FULLSUN
"shit" mark mumbled under his breath as he hurriedly picked up the call
"yah hyung where are you? come back right now! manager hyung is looking for you" haechan sounded from the other line
"aight, i'll be there" mark ended the call and looked back at seola with a guilty look
"sorry i needa go, we should meet some other time i guess" mark gave his phone to her which she received and punched in her number
then, seola gave her phone to mark which he also did the same."don't worry about it, i need to go too! my aunt just texted me to go back"
"oh then that's great, shall we go?" mark turned his heels towards the exit of the balcony, seola following behind
they walked for some time
and every turn they took and every time they thought it was the right way, they always ended back at the same place
it was like they were trapped in a box where all the walls were of the same design
"man this place is like a maze" mark said turning round and round, trying to find a sign that says banquet hallor just any sign that led them out of here
"mark-ssi i think it's this way" seola led them through another passageway which led to the fireman door which had staircases to all the floors at NEO hotel
the fireman staircase was pretty dark and seola wasn't a fan of dark environments. "come on" mark noticed she was being hesitant and slipped his hand into hers, reassuring her
they walked down to the lobby floor, totally forgetting that there were lots of cameras waiting for them near the entrance of the hotel. they were still looking around but then their eyes were interrupted by a series of flashing lights from the corner of their eyes
mark turned to look at the crowd hovering around seola and him
"shit! we've gotten caught" he said, grabbing seola's hand and making a run for it
little did they know a reporter from -kpopasianews- had already taken their photo....

"it's definitely your fault we're in this mess" mark shot at her, "you made us go the wrong way." she scoffed, "and how is it my fault?? weren't you the one who grabbed my hand in front of the reporters" she pointed out
