Chapter 2. Award For Kindness.

                                    

                                          
Sam's POV 🥒
                          
I woke up pretty earlier than Michelle today, she was still hugging me. To be honest, i knew she was scared and couldn't sleep and i was feeling this way too so i needed that. Her arms were warm and her body was shivering, but now not since she feels safe. I waited for five minutes but she wasn't waking up, i lifted her in sitting position by holding her waist. She instantly woke up.
                          
"Ugh... Is it morning already?"
                          
"Yep."
                          
"Oh, good morning then."
                          
"Morning."
                          
She looked on other side and yawned.
                          
"Fine, i have to go now, lessons are gonna start very soon."
                          
"You're right, i'll get my books too"
                          
And we left the room. I saw my best pal Will on my way to the lockers.
                          
"Hey Sam, where you've been?"
                          
"Oh i was at the break room."
                          
"Uhuh.. And which game have you played this time?"
                          
"House Of Terror."
                          
"House Of Terror!? Wow dude, i didn't knew you would play it again. You were shaking as heck when you played for the first time."
                          
"Yeah..but i got braver now-"
                          
"BOO!"
                          
I flinched and looked behind but it was just Julia. She giggled and smiled at us.
                          
"Never thought you'll be scared of that simple childish jumpscare Sam. Anyways, how are you today Will?~" She asked and moved closer to him. I got used to her simping around my friend, i know she has HUGE feelings for him.
                          
"Er.. Oh yeah, i'm feelin' good."
                          
"Me too. Especially with you..~ I mean- let's enter the classroom already!"
                          
"Alright let's go."
                          
"Yeah."
                          
We entered the classroom and waited for others to go. I won't tell anything about the lessons since i have nothing interesting to say about it. After three lessons Michelle came closer to my desk.
                          
"Hey Sam.."
                          
"Yes Michelle?"
                          
"I just..uhm.. I want to give you something."
                          
"Oh really? What is it?"
                          
Michelle blushed and smiled softly.
                          
"You've been a really great friend to me and..i respect all things you've done with me so. Here."
                          
She carefully put the chocolate on the desk. It looked like it was pretty expensive. It was the first time i got a gift in the institute, probably the reason why my face was covered in blush.
                          
"Oh thanks! I actually wanted something sweet."
                          
She giggled looking pretty happy.
                          
"Your welcome. Oh- i forgot that the lesson is going to start soon. You can eat it later."
                          
"Of course."
                          
And then we heard another bell. After all lessons Will came to me when i only stood up.
                          
"You good?"
                          
"Yeah, why the question?"
                          
"You just looked at something while turning red like tomato."
                          
"Oh, that's nothing. I just did some mistakes."
                          
"Really, come on man we all do them sometimes, no need to overreact."
                          
"Heh, you're right. Is there anything you want to do now?"
                          
"Yeah, i wanted to show you a new game that i bought last week. You're going to love it!"
                          
"Okay, let's go to break room then."
                          
"Right."
                          
We went to the room and he had the disc with a game already. I looked at it and remembered about the game called Blur Adventure.
                          
"Is this what i think it is?"
                          
"Yep, it's the sequel to this game, it's called Blur Adventure 2. They said that it has an awesome plot and three new charachters! And also it has less bugs."
                          
"Sounds like a good sequel to a game about fast hedgehog."
                          
"Agree with ya. Now let me try the first level."
                          
And then he started playing it. At the middle of the level i picked up the chocolate bar that Michelle gave me. The colour of chocolate itself was pink, i tasted one and it has a same taste as white chocolate but i enjoyed eating it, i left some for Will and then he finished the level.
                          
"Yes! Rank S in a first try!"
                          
"Congratulations."
                          
"Thanks. Oh what's that over there- oh wait it's a chocolate."
                          
"It is. You want some?"
                          
"No thanks, i don't really like white chocolate and you know that."
                          
"Oh right- stop, how do you know that it's white?"
                          
"I'm just smarter than you think."
                          
"Yep, you are."
                          
"Oh and by the way. Who did gave you a chocolate."
                          
I blushed a bit. Yeah, you got it right, i've suddenly got feelings for her. I mean, she's the only girl who always enjoyed hanging out with me and i was enjoying too because she was kind, chill and she's just..cute i guess.
                          
"It was Michelle."
                          
"The new girl?"
                          
"Yeah."
                          
"Hmm.. Guess someone is in love." He chuckled while talking in teasing tone.
                          
"Wha- no i'm not- she's just my friend you know."
                          
"Come on dude, i knew you'll like her, i can see that you're getting happier and happier with her. And i'm glad that you finally found a girl who can understand you."
                          
"Hehe.. You are right there. But i don't have any feelings for her."
                          
"Alright if you say so, i'll let you play at third level since you're eating."
                          
"Okay."
                          
Michelle's POV 🍓
                          
I have finally got brave and gave a chocolate to him. I hoped he would like it almost all day. I was lying on the bed lost in thoughts since the last lesson. Suddenly Tasha while sitting on the sofa asked: "Hey Michelle, how was your day with Sam. Have you given him a gift?"
                          
"Yeah, i think he liked it. He looked pretty cute actually.."
                          
Tasha smirked and talked in teasing tone.
                          
"Aww Michelle. I think you'll be a great couple."
                          
"T-Tasha!"
                          
"Hey, i'm just joking around. But really, he does look like a good boyfriend."
                          
"Well yeah, but we are just friends." I said crossing my arms.
                          
"Alright, if you say so."
                          
With these words we started to get ready to sleep, then i feel on the bed and went into deep sleep.
