Ron walked into my room and set down the plates on my desk. I walked over and sat down next to him at the table. It was an awkward silence until Ron spoke up."hey I know you said drop it but I just can't, what's wrong?" He asked softly. I cleared my throat before speaking up. 
                          
"Nothings wrong, I just think we don't work anymore" I said looking down at my plate. "But why, I miss you n /n" he said looking at the floor. "Sorry y/n, I forgot" he said correcting himself. I didn't want to admit it but I missed him to, but no matter what I do or how hard I try, that picture of him and Lavender is the first thing I see when I look at him.
                          
It might be a good time to try and forgive him, really he didn't do anything wrong he should be able to be happy, it would be selfish of me to keep him from Lavender if she makes him happy.
                          
"I'm sorry" I said. "Why are you sorry?" He asked. "What I was doing and how I was acting was unfair to you and I apologize, however I can't tell you why I was crying, at least not right now" I said. "Oh finally, I missed you so much, but now we can go back to our flirty comments, our jokes, our traditions I know you want that shampoo, I want that shampoo have you smelled it ye-" "Ron we can't keep doing that flirty joking and taking naps together thing" I told him.
                          
"But why?" he asked as his smile turned into a frown. "You have a girlfriend psycho" I said laughing. He began to laugh with me. "This is nice" he said. "What is?" I asked "laughing with you again" I smiled and nodded my head.

Ron and I finished our dinner and Ron left not too long ago. Hermione walked into our dorm after she finished studying in the library. "Hey did you and Ron y'know?" She asked giving me a look. "If your suggesting that we slept together then no your wrong, why?" I asked. "He came into the library and looked the most happy I've ever seen him so I thought maybe you guys did, because I knew he came up here" she said. "No, but I did apologise for being a bitch about everything." I said walking over to my dresser.
                          
"I'm gonna go get changed then go to bed, I'm still really tired" I said walking into the bathroom. I had grabbed my pink and black shorts and matching top to sleep in. I got changed and brushed my teeth, brushed my hair, did my skin care then left.
                          
"Hey uh mione?" I asked she turned around from her desk. "Yes?" She answered. "Have you ever been in love with a person that is in love with someone else?" I asked her. "Actually yes, I have" she said. "Does it ever get easier?" I asked her. "If you choose to except it, the longer you deny it the longer you hold onto hope. Honestly if you get bad news your sad for a while But you get over it, hope is paralyzing" she said. I nodded my head and walked over to my bed. I pulled back the covers, something was wrong. 
                          
"Uh Mione can you sleep with me?" I asked. "Oh um yea sure" she said slowly walking over to my bed. She pulled open the other side of the blankets and crawled in. I turned and shut off the light. I turned back around to get in a comfortable position which happened to be snuggled up next to Hermione. "Good night n/n" she said. "Good night Mione" I said dosing off.
                          
TIME SKIP THE NEXT MORNING
I woke up to see Hermione running around the room to get ready. She was packing up her bag when she looked at me. "Morning sleeping beauty, get up and ready breakfast is almost over" she said pointing at the clock. It read 7:30. I was surprised she hadn't left yet, usually Hermione is out of the dorm by 6. "Oh shit I still need to get ready" I said quickly getting up from my bed and running to the bathroom.
                          
I decided to get in the shower. Once I was done I brushed my hair out and washed my face. I threw on my school robes and put on my shoes. I packed up my bag and grabbed my wand. Hermione was waiting for me and I got done by 8.
                          
"You didn't have to wait y'know" I said to Hermione while we were running down the halls to breakfast. "Yes I know but I wanted to" she said. We finally arrived at breakfast and saw that only the twins and Ron were at the table. Me and Hermione sat down and I grabbed a small bowl of fruit since I really never ate breakfast.
                          
After breakfast was over me and Hermione rushed to our classes so we weren't late.
                          
TIME SKIP AFTERNOON CLASSES
It was potions class next. As I was walking there I was thinking about my partner. I was glad we figured things out so it was no longer awkward between us. Now the only problem we have is trying to make this potion. I made it once before but it was 4th year with Hermione, but with anyone other than her I can't focus and never do it right, even though I can make it on my own.
                          
I walked into the classroom and went to the desk me and Ron were at yesterday. Ron walked in and smiled when he saw me, I politely smiled back. Snape stood up from his desk walking over to the board. "We will be attempting to recreate the potion from yesterday with the same partners so if your not already, go sit with them" he said. Me and Ron set off to work, I refuse to fail again.
                          
Me and Ron were working on this for about 10 minutes before I started to actually see we were close. I stirred for about 3 more minutes before it was the perfect shade of yellow. I didn't want to really test it and I knew Ron would do anything I tell him so I asked if he could test it. I gave him a small amount but saw nothing happening. Until 20 seconds later when he began to hysterically laugh. Snape came over and saw our creation. "Ms. l/n and Mr. Weasley have completed the potion." He said walking away. Finally, I hated making this potion.
                          
Class ended and me and Ron walked out. "We make a pretty good team don't you think?" He asked raising his eyebrows. " Yea I guess we do Wealsey. Hopefully we can make the Veritaserum just as easy" I said. "Well that one may be a bit more challenging to complete but I know we can do it-" he was interupted by someone running out of the classroom hugging me. "Aw congrats on making the potion, me and Harry are still figuring it out. He is so stubborn, we would have it already if he would listen to me." she said. "We got lucky" I said laughing a little. She pulled away from the hug and gave me a quick kiss.
                          
"Uhm I gotta go meet Lavender but I'll see you guys later" Ron said walking off. I almost forgot about Lavender. I decided to accept the fact I'm gonna see and hear her alot from now on, might as well learn to live with it.
                          
Sorry this is short I'm gonna do a bigger time jump and I don't feel like filling it because I'm really lazy lmao. Also if this story makes no sense it's because I have no plan and I'm just writing what I feel like at that time so I'm sorry
