When I got back to my auntie house I began to pack up all of our stuff.
"You gone break a nail moving that fast, sit down and breathe." My auntie came in the guest room.
"I'm just ready to go back now." I mumbled.
"Did everything go good, did something bad happen?" She asked.
"I got the answers I was looking for that's all." I continued packing. "I just need to get back to occupying myself." I zipped up the bag as Serayah sat on the bed watching me.
"Well you know I'm always here if you need someone to talk to." She said sincerely.
"Thank you TT." I gave her a hug smiling.
When I finally got back home I started on laundry. Serayah was over my brother's house since he had both of his kids today, so I thought that she needed to spend time with her cousins.
As I was folding I heard the door bell so I put the clothes to the side before getting up to see who it was.
When I saw it was my sister I unlocked the door and we hugged.
"Girl where you been at?" She asked as she followed me back to my room.
"I went back to Memphis." I sat down.
"For what?" She chuckled.
"I went to momma's grave and you won't believe-
I cut myself off because I thought against telling her how Serayah can talk to our mother and see her because some people may not believe or think the worse.
"What?" She asked.
"Oh, well after that I went over TT house and that lead to me visiting daddy in jail." I said and her facial expressions changed.
"Visiting him for what?" She asked with a mug.
"I needed closure and I needed to tell him things along with getting answers." I explained.
