Barbra P.O.V.

"Babs, are you drunk?"

"What on earth gave you that idea, Care?"

"You're slurring..."

"Babs, you can't hide forever!"

"Watch me, Zee!"

"Looky here, Bratgirl has come to play!"

"I don't have time for you, Harley."

"Hey! Where ya goin'?"

"Away from you."

"Aww... what a girl gotta do to get some attention around 'ere?"

Voicemails:

1: Hey, Babs. It's Dick. Please call me back.
5: Barbra, this is Jessica. You can't continue like this. It's not healthy.
10: BARBRA GORDON! GET YOUR ASS BACK IN METROPOLIS NOW!... Cara that won't work! OH YEAH?!
12: Hey, Babs... it's Zee again. Look, please come back. We miss you...
23: Babs, you're killing me. Please call me back. I'mreally sorry. Please...
25: Hey, Barbra, it's Tim. I dropped some of your things at your dad's house. So yeah... um... hope you're doing okay...

I listened to the large amount of voicemails left on my phone as I climbed through my hotelroom's window as Batgirl.

It's been three days since I had left the Wayne manor. Those three days I had spent searching nonstop for my father. There was nothing to distract me from my mission. No matter how tired I was. No matter how much my body ached. I was going to find my father.

I haven't left Gotham either. Batgirl had work to do here and lucky for me, I haven't ran into any other heroes. If anyone reported back to Mount Justice; Zee, Cara and Jess might be able to track me down.

Besides, how would I be able to face Batman if I wasn't on top of my game.

I sighed, pulled of my mask and chucked it onto my dresser. Glancing in the mirror told me that I've been missing a lot of sleep. More like avoiding them. My dreams were about Bruce... how he touched me... kissed me and...

The thought of Bruce brought a tremendous pang to my heart. I grabbed onto the dresser for support and cried for the millionth time.

NO! You will not think about him! It's better this way!

When I looked back up at my reflection, I felt a wave of anger coursing through my vanes. Not thinking twice, I punched the mirror making it crack in to thousands of pieces. I had to remove my yellow glove to see the damage. The pain only came after awhile while I was studying the cuts on my knuckles.

"You should have that checked out."

My whole body tenced. My hands balled into fists, ignoring the pain, and I tried hiding my face from the mirror.

"You have avoided me long enough, Barbra Gordon," I knew who it was. There was only one person who used that voice scrambler. Only Batman would be able to figure out who I was.

"Now you know! Happy?" I faced him and asked bitterly.

He seemed warn almost, even thoughI couldn't see unerring his mask. There was a slight stubble on his chin aswell. I noticed the gym bag he was carrying last.
