"Might want to control all that. Don't want my ego to inflate too much. And Kendall is good in her job too. Don't say that about her," I said, a funny smile on my face.

"As long as it gets you to smile," he said, with a smile of his own. My eyes examined his face. His hair, which was neatly styled, now was sticking in all directions. The blue of his eyes almost completely covered by the black of his dilated pupils. His thin lips raised a little on both ends, giving him this beautiful subtle smile.

"Your hair is a mess," I commented, running my hands through it. I was still sat on his lap which gave me some height over him. I peered a little over him, fixing his unruly hair.

His hands grabbed my cheeks, forcing me to look at him.

"You know what, Lexa?" He asked.

"What?" A whisper was exhaled from my mouth.

"You have really pretty eyes," he said and I smiled at his comments.

"Not as beautiful as yours. Mine are just plain old brown," I shrugged.

"You undermine the beauty of your eyes too much. Your eyes remind me of the amber stone itself. Shining bright as the sun reflects its magnificent and eccentric shade. Just like the mixture of hues within the amber, making each stone unique in its own way, your eyes are not a single colour but a beautiful marriage of many. The swirls within a smooth amber mimicking the multiple shades in your eyes. Your eyes are ambers bathed in sunlight, yet you fail to recognise the beauty of them," he said poetically.

"You think mine are better than yours?" I asked and he nodded.

"Without a doubt. Such eyes of pure beauty can never be compared to just blue," he said.

"What you assume is 'just' blue is what keeps me calm. Your blues are not 'just blue' but such an intricate mixture of blue and green. Your eyes are indicative of a sea, slowing faring back to its calm state, after a tumultuous storm. The grassy green being outshone by the iridescent blue. The glow of your eyes being in direct affiliation with the only gem I could use to even meagrely describe the brilliant colours of your eyes, the ever so rare blue tourmaline. How much ever I'm tempted to say sapphire, it doesn't do your eyes any justice. You're eyes are two very perfectly and identically sculpted stones taking home in your irises, shining bright like the gem it is," I described his eyes to my best ability.

"You're making it real hard for me," He said, hands still having a death grip on my cheek.

"To do what?" I asked.

"You know Lexa, you somehow manage to make me lose my sense of morality. It just goes woosh out the window when I'm with you. At least I've got self control right? Wrong. Even that doesn't exist anymore. I try so hard to limit my exposure to you but fuck it's too hard. You're just this... this beautiful diamond and I'm a very very greedy man," he said.

"Well guess what then Niall," I said.

"What?" He asked.

"I'm equally as greedy as you are. And you," I booped his nose, "Are my diamond."

"I swear to god Lexa, I'll lose my mind if I don't kiss you right now," He said, his frantic eyes darting back and forth between my eyes, he straightened himself up, still not letting go of my cheek.

"I don't want you losing your mind," I said.

"Tell me. Tell me Alexandria," He said, closing his eyes to get some of his self control back but ultimately failing to do so.

"Niall... kiss me please," I said. Getting the strong verbal confirmation he wanted, he pulled my face forward, uniting our lips.

A burst of emotions.
