Our Lovely Adilade

                                    

                                          
Well, thats it. I guess. My life was full of craziness and stress but I made it through. That last part was 5 years ago. Im 18 now. Me and Jagger went back to school after moving to 4. We are still together and still live with Finnick and Annie.
                          
Today's Ace, Finnick and Annie's son, 5th birthday party. He was born a few weeks after we moved and he's like the little sibling I've never had. He gets annoying but I love him. I haven't talked to Jaylen in a long time. He works with Finnick at the factory in 10. I think he still having trouble with out Min and Darren.
                          
I'm currently sitting at picnic table, holding hands with my boyfriend and talking to my best friends. Yeah thats right. I have friends. After me and Jagger started going to school again I met this girl named Enola. Little 14 year old me didn't know we would still be friends four years later. She could never replace Prim. No one can replace Prim. I miss her all the time but I always think that she's in a better place now. With her dad, Min and Darren. She got to meet my dad too. 
                          
And Walt. Mhm. Walt Limon and Jagger are besties. Walt moved to 4 after his father was killed, and him and Enola are a couple. They're so cute together. 
                          
"Awe. Walt that was nice of you" Enola said as we told her told her a story from the past. 
                          
"So you were a prisoner and all Walt did was talk to you?" Jagger summed up the story.
                          
"Yeah. Walt. I could of used some food while you were at it" I laughed. 
                          
"Ok. Ok" Walt laughed. "It wasn't my fault. I didn't want to die. My father would kill me and wouldn't care." 
                          
"ADI!" I heard a little voice yell out. 
                          
I turned around and saw Ace running towards me. He jumped up onto my lap and smiled. 
                          
"Hey buddy." I smiled. "How's your party going?"
                          
"It so awesome to see my friends from school at my house! And my crush is here." Ace smiled. 
                          
"Your crush?" Jagger asked tickling his stomach. 
                          
"Mhm. She's over there" he started blushing. "Her name is Cori. But I don't think she likes me"  He bowed his head in sadness, then frowned. 
                          
"Oh no. Do think like that! Your a handsome little boy any girl would be lucky to have you. And does she know the Finnick Odair is your dad?" I asked. 
                          
"No, but I'm going to go talk her!" He smiled and goes up off my lap. He ran off but stopped before he got to far and turned around. 
                          
"Oh yeah. There's two grown people over there that told me to go get you." He pointed to the door. 
                          
He then ran off and started talking to Cori. I looked back at the others and shrugged. I hoped up and walked over the door. 
                          
I looked out and saw two figures. 
                          
 "Peeta?" 
                          
I ran towards them and noticed it was Katniss and Peeta!  
                          
"PEETA!!" I scraemed and ran into his arms. 
                          
"Hey munchkin!" He hugged me. "You miss me?" He laughed. 
                          
"Like crazy" I turned to Katniss. 
                          
She smiled and gave me a big hug and I gave her one back. 
                          
"What are you doing here?" I asked. 
                          
"Well we wanted to meet Ace and we have some news." Katniss said and smiled at Peeta. 
                          
"What, news" I smiled. 
                          
Katniss looked at her stomach. 
                          
"No way." My smile grew wider. "Your pregnant!" I yelled. 
                          
"For real this time" Katniss chuckled. 
                          
"Who's pregnant?" Annie walked around the corner. "Oh my god Katniss! Peeta! It's so nice to see you! Finnick hun, come look who's here!" Annie walked over and gave Katniss a hug. 
                          
"Annie what up- Oh my god Hi!" Finnick smiled and hugged Peeta. 
                          
"MOM!" We heard the little voice yell. 
                          
Ace ran up and tugged on the bottom of her dress. "I'm want my cake!" He complained. 
                          
"Ok but first I want you to meet Aunt Katniss and Uncle Peeta." Finnick smiled and picked up Ace. 
                          
"Are you Adis Aunt and Uncle too?" He asked. 
                          
"Well, not exactly." Peeta answered. 
                          
"Aw. Ok" he frowned. "Can we do cake now!?" 
                          
"Yeah I'll go get the cake" I grabbed Ace and started to walk away. 
                          
"When she get so big?" I heard Peeta say. 
                          
"Time really knows how to fly by. Just wait until you see how tall Jagger is" Finnick laughed. 
                          
"Jagger still around?" Peeta asked. "I knew I liked him."
                          
I smiled and walked over to the table with the cake on it. I sat Ace down and got some candles out of the drawer. 
                          
"So how did talking to Cori go?" I asked. 
                          
"Good. She said I had a likable face." Ace answered. I smiled and thought of when I told Jagger he had a likable face. 
                          
"And when I told her Daddy's name she said, 'I don't know him. But Ive heard of you sister.' J don't know what that means but I think she was talking about you" Ace said and liked some icing off his fingers. 
                          
I laughed at his action and called every one into sing for him. 

                          
As we were singing. I realized how lucky I was to be still sitting here. In Jaggers arm. At Finnicks son's birthday. 
                          
If you told me 6 years ago, when I lived in the capitol, that I would build myself a new family and live in 4, I wouldn't believe you. 
                          
I didn't think I would survive the games. The first time. Yet I did, twice. I didn't die in the rebellion either. 
                          
I proved to the world I'm not just a small little girl who once won the Hunger Games. 
                          
If I could go back in time and little 12 year old me one thing it would be, Life has many roads if disappointments, but once you get down the right road, you'll be blessed with sunshine. 
                          
And as easy as it sounds, surviving wasn't easy. But I made it through. And I have a family again, a beautiful Boyfriend, and the dest people in the world as my friends. 
                          
And I guess.
