Hi! Author here! I'm so thankful for all the people who've been reading my work! There will be a fun fact at the end of the chapter. Enjoy!

~~~
Night turned into day. The winds were picking up and I could already see the 'Aqua Laguna' ready its ugly head towards us. The whole time I've been surveying the place but found no luck in how to get in. Tons of shipwrights guarded the place. I would have let Yugo fly up and see the layout but the winds were too harsh. I couldn't risk Yugo getting tired out trying to fight the winds. So right now we were waiting out on a roof nearby till there was movement.
"Remember Yugo, If anything happens you need to stay back and let me handle it. Sadly they could easily take you hostage if we were to go against them. Understood?" He nodded his head. My attention went back to the headquarters as the wind swept through my hair. It's too quiet, I'm getting worried. Though my nerves were on high alert, I didn't want to rush in there all willy-nilly.
BOOM
"Shits hitting the fan. Yugo scope out the place as high as you can while I head in," The explosion was at the side of the headquarters from where we could see. Yugo jumped off the ledge of the rooftop and surveyed in the sky while I jumped off the roof. When I got up I immediately ran to the Headquarters. Gunshots rang in the distance, they were coming from the headquarters. Screams caught my attention as I came closer to the chaos. I took a right and was greeted with knocked-out shipwrights all across the ground. Was I too late? I crouched down and put my finger against one of the men's pulse. It took me a long second until I confirmed he was fine. Thank goddesses guess that means the people here are knocked out. I stood up and jogged to the entrance of the building. Though it was tedious since I had to make sure that I didn't step on anyone by accident.
"Now I just need to go up there, find Iceberg's room and-"
BOOM
"Ahh!" The sheer impact of the second explosion caused me to fly back. Thankfully I landed on some unconscious men. Sorry...Once I composed myself I looked up to see the first floor of the building engulfed in fire. Shit, I can't get through there! More thunderous explosions came out of the other side of the building. The flames were growing at an extreme rate. I needed to do something, or else the people inside would die. I ran around the vicinity till I saw Yugo fly right above me. He was trying to tell me something but it was incoherent from the explosions and screams.
"Where Yugo!?" His paw pointed to the right. I moved my head and saw a group of people holding buckets of water and pointed at the top levels of the building. I sprinted as fast as I could to the group as they stared in horror at what was to come of Iceburg and the shipwrights that were guarding him. I grabbed one of them by the shoulder to gain his attention.
"Where's Iceberg's room?"
"Who are you-"
"No time dammit. That fire is gonna roast everyone still alive in there and I'm the only one to get them out!" He was taken aback by my frantic remark and pointed up to the very top floor above us. I nodded as a thank you while my eyes scanned the area. There I saw a man holding a bucket of water and a rag. Ah-ha! I went up to him and took the bucket and rag out of his hand and ran to a tall tree that was closest to the window. I dunked the rag into the bucket to soak up as much water as it could. I then tied it around my nose and face so that I didn't breathe in the harsh smoke. Everything was set for me to head into the blazing fire.
"Puno Carry!"* I stood up straight while the tree next to me creaked to life. It bent over to grab my waist to carry me up to the window.
"Puno Smash!"* The tree used its other branch to break the window in front of me. The flames were surrounding the new entrance I made in the building. It was too hot to enter so I threw the bucket of water onto the flames. Once there was less fire and more smoke I jumped out of the tree's grasp and rolled into the window. My hands felt the painful heat while I stood up from my spot. My eye watered from the amount of smoke that invaded my space, but I was determined to find someone- anyone.
