So he is a land executive! Wooyoung thought. 
                          
"The reason why the soldiers are so strong is because of some type of serum they created and for a while we believed it simply enhanced strength, but that wasn't the case. Turns out, they extracted it from a beta with healing abilities. They extracted it from my friend!" 
                          
Another tear rolled down his cheek. 
                          
"They must have tortured him. I know it! And it's all my fault!...But he's alive and he's strong because he managed to destroy almost all of it. My group of friends were on a mission to destroy the last set but they must've failed. I didn't know until the morning of the attack and there was no point in telling you all and worrying you in case they did succeed the mission."
Wooyoung nodded in agreement, his eyes starting to flood as he completely understood the alpha's situation. 
                          
"So you're right. There was no reason for me to chase Kang Cheol. I was angry and upset and ran after him and I'm sorry! I was being selfish," he confessed to the omega. 
                          
Jongho sat at his left and joined Wooyoung in hugging him and Mingi moved forward to hold his hand. The alpha cried a little more feeling relieved. Yunho walked up to their crying fest and pat his head soothingly. They had finally come to a mutual understanding. 






                          
A few days later, while everybody in the crew was playing around and wasting time on the main deck, they heard a door open. They all stopped in their tracks and shot their heads towards the sound. Soft footsteps echoed from the upper deck and they all got ready to fight until blond hair came into view. 
                          
Fati gasped immediately recognizing her best friend simply by his bed hair and Kei teared up. 
The blond held onto the bulwark, one hand rubbing his eye. He looked down to his crew mates. 
                          
"I'm hungry." 
                          
His voice was quiet but everybody heard him. 
Julian and Layla howled and Kyro heaved a heavy sigh of relief. Jain walked up the stairs towards him and they all followed her and attacked him with affection. 
                          
After eating and knowing Jasmine was safe he told them everything. 
                          
"IMMORTALITY?!?" Julian and Layla yelled at the same time. Ian nodded. 
"Wow so you're immortal now? That's pretty cool!" Fati exclaimed. 
"Not really. I don't want to live forever," he grumbled. 
"Why not? You could literally have everything you wanted," Julian argued. 
"No! No I couldn't," he raised his voice. 
"Do you know what living forever means? It means living long enough to watch all of you die! Then it means making more friends and living through the same thing with them. The cycle never ends. And it literally takes out all the fun in being an Illusion pirate!" he cried. 
                          
Kira understood what he meant and rubbed his back to comfort him. The room suddenly became quiet. They hadn't thought about that. 
                          
"Well I'm proud of you Ian. You did a spectacular job," Kyro pat his shoulder. The blond smiled a little at that. In the end, he had saved a lot of people and that's what mattered most. 






                          
San still hadn't waken up. Jiwoo came to check on him regularly to make sure he hadn't got sick. When the boys entered the room, Wooyoung ran straight to him and touched his forehead before laying on the bed next to him. 
                          
"You know, since I'm crown prince, I was thinking I deserve to sleep on the bed," Jongho said quite snobbishly. Wooyoung scoffed. 
"I'm a prince too. You're not special. Besides, I'm his lover."
"Ok? And I'm his brother. And I said CROWN prince," he reiterated. 
                          
"San may not be awake but I can still speak and converse with him and I'm absolutely positive he doesn't want to sleep in the same bed as his brother," Wooyoung fake vomited. Jongho glared at him. 
                          
"This is the future King you're talking to."
"Funny. So is my brother and he's not complaining."
                          
Hongjoong, Mingi and Yunho watched as the princes bickered back and forth. 
                          
"You know I could just pick you up and throw you off if I wanted to," Jongho said conceitedly. 
Wooyoung hugged the beta's arm and smirked. 
                          
"Oh really? I'd like to see you try," he shot back. 
"Though I don't think Yeosang would like you very much after I tell him you put your hands all over me and attacked me while I was in bed." 
Jongho's face turned beet red at that. 
"What the fuck?"
Everybody laughed. 


                          
Jongho was the first to wake up to the smell. It was unbearably sweet. He had never smelled anything like it and he was sure it wasn't an emotion. 
                          
His eyes would have gone red if the smell wasn't completely messing with his head. He sat up and felt nauseous but he managed to tap Hongjoong awake. 
                          
The alpha stirred and immediately his nose caught it as well. He held his nose feeling his eyes flash red and looked to find the prince in the same situation. 
                          
Noise started to increase and low growls and howls could be heard from outside. Mingi woke up from the noise but the sweet scent hit his nostrils and his eyes widened. 
                          
"What's that strong smell?" Jongho asked following Hongjoong's action and holding his nose, while said alpha lighted an oil lamp. Mingi tapped the prince hurriedly until he started to wake up and paced towards the bed. Yunho sat up a little confused but alert. 
                          
Mingi pushed the boy's shoulder down and laid him on his back as he was hugging the beta in his sleep. He felt his forehead which was warm to the touch and recognized that the strong scent was coming from him. He was right. Wooyoung was presenting.
