CHAPTER 5 - A: Ghost from the past (I thought you're dead)

The day before the initiations in an unknown location
                          
??? POV
                          
I kept walking around an abandoned warehouse and check every single crate of Dust that we needed for the attack. Just then, I saw two members who are sitting around which it angers me.
                          
???: "WHAT ARE YOU TWO STANDING AROUND HUH?! DO THE DAMN WORK!!!"
                          
Man 1: "Y-yes sir!"
                          
The two then ran to where they're assigned. I sighed and walk to my office. As I entered my office, I sat down on the chair and put a cigarette in my mouth. I then looked around at my office and there I saw an unoccupied seat.
                          
That's where my friend was supposed to sit there, to help me with my plans...
                          
???: If only he accepted my offer, things would have been different. He shouldn't have to die like that...
                          
I just sighed and had to accept what had happened. The past is in the past and I need to move on. I was about to light it up until I heard a knock on the door. I then remove the cigarette from my mouth.
                          
???: "Come in."
                          
A member came into my office, with a document file in his hand.
                          
Man 2: "Umm, excuse me, sir... I have what you asked for."
                          
Seems like he actually gets the job done right for once. I then grabbed it out of his hand.
                          
???: "You're dismissed. Now go help the others.
                          
Man 2: "Yes sir!"
                          
I see him run off before I turn towards the document that he had given me.
                          
???: "Let's see what we can learn about her from this."
                          
I looked through the files until I see her face.
                          
???: "Ruby Rose huh? I think I'm gonna stick with Red."
                          
After I see all info about her, I keep looking through the list of students entering Beacon this year until I see a name that I never thought I'd see again.
                          
???: "LLOYD?!?!"
                          
I start to smile to myself a bit after seeing his name written down.
                          
???: "I'd never thought I'll see you again my friend... I thought you're dead. But it seems like you're still alive and fate has decided us to meet again. This is gonna be interesting, perhaps I should pay my old friend a visit to congratulate him on getting to Beacon."
                          
I put down the file on the table and began to think about the best way to surprise Lloyd until I come up with a great idea.
                          
???: "I'll be seeing you soon, Lloyd."

I know, sorry if this is super short. But I just want to let you know that this chapter will be divided into parts. The chapter you're reading right now is the first out of many parts. There will be more stuffs like this in the future.
