After the movie ended, Alexis drove them back to Corpse's place and Alexis decided it was time to head home. She wanted to sleep in her own bed. Corpse was visibly sad that she was leaving, but didn't stop her. He handed his keys to Evelien so they could go into his apartment while he said goodbye to Alexis. The rest of them gave her a hug before heading to the elevator. Corpse waited until they were heading up to talk.

"It was nice hanging out with you today," he said quickly.

"I did too." She blushed, looking down her feet. In a flood of confidence, Corpse held his hand out and put his finger under her chin to make her look at him. Corpse's mind drifted when her eyes locked with his, and he couldn't keep his thoughts off of her. Getting to know her. Cuddling her. Kissing her. Doing... more when the time came. It was love. Could he tell her? No. It's too soon, and they're not even dating... yet.

Alexis looked up into Corpse's blue eyes (IDK if his eyes are blue, but I love blue eyes) and saw her future in front of her. 'Woah! Where did that come from' she thought to herself, wondering where the sudden burst of affection came from. It scared her, but she stared that fear in the eyes.

She shuttered under his gaze, but she never looked away. She saw him look down at her lips and she wondered if she'd have to make the first move again. Instead, she put her hands on his sides, feeling his sides move when he breathed. "Do you want to kiss me?" She asked, and he licked his lips and nodded slowly. "You can." It felt like an eternity had passed before their lips connected for the second time that day. Corpse enjoyed this kiss better than the first one, knowing no one could interrupt them. Alexis moved closer to the man, and if she could get any closer they'd become one person.

His neck was craned down and when it started to hurt, he pulled away. She frowned, wanting to be closer to him again. He put his hand on the back of his neck and rubbed it, moving his neck in a circle to crack it.

When he looked back down at her, at her almost too innocent smile, a sudden urge shot through his body. He grabbed her hips. "Jump." She did and he pushed her against the wall, which caused a little huff to escape her. He looked at her with concern that he'd hurt her until she smiled, and he brought his lips back to hers. She wrapped her arms around his neck and massaged it, hoping it would make the kiss last longer.

Fireworks were going off, Alexis thought for sure, but no, it was just in her mind. His urgency was sucking her breath away, but she didn't dare pull away until she needed air. He smiled at her, his chest heaving. He let her down with a chuckle, rubbing the blush off his cheek. She reached up for his hand on his face. He smiled and watched her as she pulled his hand away.

She pulled it down and kissed it. He wasn't sure where this habit had formed, perhaps her parents had done it in front of her while growing up. He smiled nonetheless, letting her do it. With a heavy heart, Corpse walked her to her car, watching her drive off home. She promised to text him when she got home.

Corpse stood in the parking garage for several minutes before heading towards the elevator. He got in and smiled to himself. Her smile was etched in his head, and he loved it. He never wanted to forget that face; the face of pure love and joy. The ride up was long, but he didn't care, it meant he had more time to think about Alexis. He definitely knew he liked her but was it love?
