Keith and Red have been going non-stop in the training room. Keith was so exhausted he almost fainted from how much h had trained. Red's claws were bleeding a deep red. Lance walked past the room and saw Keith collapse on the floor. Lance quickly ran to him and cradled him in his arms. "Keith, Stop! It's too much, you need to rest!" Keith growled and got up pushing Lance away.
                          
"I'm fine, I can keep going...I need to be strong enough to save Shiro..." Lance crossed his arms and glared at Keith. "Yeah, well now you're just hurting yourself. You can't save Shiro if your hurting yourself." Keith grunted when he figured Lance was right. Lance frowned and picked Red up gently. Red tried to claw him, but he was in too much pain. "See? Even Red wants to help, and he's over-working himself." Eventually, Lance put Red down and Blue started scolding him. "now go to my room, I'm gonna take care of you."

Lance realized what he just told Keith to do. His face immediately started heating up. "Y-You heard me! Now come on." Lance held Keith by wrapping his arm around his waist and holding onto his other arm. Blue and Red trotted right behind them. Lance looked back and smiled. "Red's gotten bigger." Keith looked at Lance, then the lions.
                          
"They all have." They looked closely at the lions. They weren't as small as they were before. They grew a lot, reaching Lance and Keith's knees. "Woah..."
                          
They arrived at Lance room, which was very Lance. "Everything's...blue." Lance scoffed,"Shut up and sit down,"he said pointing to the light blue bed. Keith blushed and reluctantly sat down. "Smells like him..." Lance turned around,"What?" Keith looked away."N-Nothing." he said calmly. That's a first.
                          
Red and Blue rolled their eyes. Lance shrugged,"Well okay then." He grabbed an first aids kit and knelt in front of Keith. Keith was internally screaming. Lance grabs a few bandages and wraps them around his arms.
                          
"Why are you doing this for me?" Lance finished wrapping his arms and looked directly into Keith's dark violet eyes. He held Keith's hand. "Because I care about you." he said softly, but firmly. Keith blushed and looked away from those mesmerizing blue eyes. "I thought I was just a rival."

                          
Lance shook his head."What No! Me and you-"
                          
"You and I."
                          
"Me and you might have a small rivalry, but you're not just that."You're so much more."You're a friend." Lance glanced away in embarrassment, but gathers his courage and faces Keith. Both boys felt themselves leaning in and couldn't stop themselves. Blue and Red grinned and stared at them anxiously, waiting for the moment to come.

The door kicked open and the red and blue paladins and lions turned to looked at Pidge. "Lance! Where's Keith-oh~" Keith and Lance jumped away from each other avoiding eye contact. Keith spoke up,"Why were you uh*cough* looking for me?" Blue and Red groaned as the beautiful moment was ruined. "We got a lead on Shiro."
