The car drove up to the hospital,while everyone was at work on boarding up the hospital.
"You guys made it!"Samson said with some joy.
Zane shook the man hand with his left hand.
"Thanks for helping us,we want to help you."Zane said.
Shawn and Will smiled but Phil stood behind them quietly.
"I saw you boys in the sewer.You are good in a fight.You are also good at bringing trouble with you."Samson said with some passive aggression.
"Yeah,sorry about that." Zane muttered.
"I let bygones be bygones .As long as you are willing to fight with us.We know they are coming."Samson said.
Zane nodded and everyone went inside the Hospital.
Samson told the people who were boarding up the windows to not board up the Door before the group went to sit in the Cafeteria.
Lula sat at the table too.
"Hey,where is Robert and the others?"Samson asked.
"Robert split off for a while,but the rest are dead." Zane said.
"I'm sorry,may I ask how?"Samson asked.
"Um...Ian jumped off of a boat to save someone,but he never resurfaced.Porter got eaten by rats,and...Ben got shot."Will said.
"Who shot him?"Samson asked.
"Who do you think?" Phil snapped.
"Right,well we don't have to talk about it anymore. Grab a blade and a pistol and don't forget to grab the football pads.It's all right outside the door."Samson said.
The 4 boys nodded and exited the Cafeteria.
Lula waited for them to leave to talk to Samson.
"Samson,do you think we can fight them off?They sound really dangerous."Lula asked.
"I can't say.But I'm willing to die for this."Samson said.
"What are you willing to die for?"
"I'd rather die than be in a cage.I want to be free."
"Free from what,Samson?"
"What happened to you?You used to be fearless."
"Nobody is fearless.Nobody."
Lula stood up and walked away.
Samson was left alone.
