Shawn's POV
I was talking to Finn and Sam at my locker when I saw my mom, Burt and Kurt all come up to us with their hands linked.
"What's going on? Is this one of those interventions cause..."Finn asked puzzled.
"If it is, it's for the four of us. They bombarded me and forced me to bring them to you guys" Kurt replied looking at Burt.
"Okay come on tell 'em!" Burt say to my mom happily.
"No, no, no, you!" My mom insists.
"No we said in the car" Burt argued.
"Come on you, you" my mom argued back.
"Come on you" Burt replied.
They went back and forth for a little until I spoke up.
"Can one of you guys just please tell us what's going on?" I interrupted their little argument.
"Alright, so you know how I drive Carole to work every Tuesday?" Burt asked and me and Finn nodded "Well, today I drove here, and we snuck into that classroom where Kurt introduced us—very romantic of me, I might add—and I-" Burt continued before being interrupted by my mom
"He proposed! He proposed!" My mom yelled with excitement.
"What!! That's awesome!" I said happy for my mom and Burt.
"Cool. That's means there's a wedding and when their a wedding there's food" Sam said and I shook my head.
"Wow. This just happened?" Finn said not as excited as me.
"Oh, dad" Kurt said examining Caroles ring.
"We wanted the four of you to be the first to know" My mom said with her hand over her chest.
"Yea after the kids in that homeroom" Burt corrected "Come on, family hug, huh?"
"Okay" my mom said happily.
"Come on!" Burt added just as happy.
We all hugged but I noticed that Finn looked very uncomfortable.
"I'm so excited and- and nervous" My mom said with her hands over her heart.
"Oh, don't be, don't be" Kurt reassures her "Oh my god, this is just what I needed. I will take care of it from here. I have a trunk full of wedding magazines hidden under my bed. I'm thinking of a russet and cognac theme. Those are colors, Finn. Fall wedding colors. Autumnal."
"Nothing too extravagant, Kurt, okay? We're gonna use whatever savings we have. We are spending it on the honeymoon. That's right. We're going to Waikiki. We're gonna go to the hotel where they put up the guest stars on Lost" Burt remind him and that gives me an idea.
