Just another day

After Prorok brought you to Galra Central Command and presented you to Zarkon it was decided that you would become a test subject. Two sentries took you to Haggar's lair where you would be experimented on. Haggar exposed you to quintessence, but she went easy on you because she secretly wanted a daughter. Years passed and she continued her experiments. After a few years you stopped aging, but you didn't know how old you were.

"How are you feeling?" Haggar asked you after she exposed you to more quintessence.

"I am fine, High Priestess." You replied in a monotone voice.

"Good. As of today you will be sharing your cell with three other humans that were recently captured. I expect you to be on your best behavior." Haggar told you.

"Yes, High Priestess." You said again, lowering your head again.

Haggar smiled slightly, knowing that you would behave. Two sentries walked over and escorted you back to your cell. On the way there you couldn't help but be curious about the three new humans you would be sharing a cell with.

Shiro, Matt and Sam sat along the back of the cell they were thrown into. They didn't dare say anything in fear of what might happen. When the door opened and you walked in they couldn't help but stare at you. Once the door closed and the sentries left you stared at the three men.

"Anatahadare? Koko ni wa, dono kurai no kikan imasu ka?" Shiro asked you in Japanese, not sure if any guards were around.

You looked at him curiously, not sure what he just said. Shiro realized that you didn't understand what he just said. You sat down in front of your three new cellmates, your legs a little tired.

"Who are you? How long have you been here?" Shiro asked you again, speaking in English this time.

"I am prisoner one eleven. But my real name is Y/n. I have no idea how long I've been here. Who are all of you?" You asked them curiously.

"My name is Takashi Shirogane. These are my crew mates, Sam and Matt Holt." Shiro said as he introduced himself and his crew mates.

"It's nice to meet you there. It's been a long time since I've seen another human. I was captured by Prorok when I was ten." You told them.

"Ten?" Matt asked you in shock.

"You look like you might be seventeen or eighteen." Sam said, looking at you.

"I don't know. All I know is that I stopped aging after a while and I've been through puberty." You said, rubbing the back of your neck.

Sam, Matt and Shiro were shocked that you had been a prisoner for so long without being killed. You weren't sure what to think of them, but at least you weren't alone anymore. You hoped that they wouldn't be taken away yet.

Thace made sure that he wasn't being followed after he got information on the three new prisoners. Once he was safe in his and Ulaz' habsuite he locked the door. It was times like this that there were no secret cameras or anything in the habsuites.

"Did you find anything?" Ulaz asked as he sat on the couch.

"I have information on the three new prisoners. They were put in Y/n's cell." Thace said as he sat on the couch.

"We need to make sure that at least one of them gets to Earth. Voltron must be formed before Zarkon gets the rest of the lions." Ulaz said, wrapping one of his arms around Thace's shoulders.

"I know. Tomorrow I'll find a way to contact Kolivian. Ever since Krolia reported that the blue lion was found we've just needed a human to send back to Earth." Thace said, leaning against his mate.

"I know. I don't want to put Y/n in harm's way. I believe that Shiro would be a good choice." Ulaz said, purring a little.

"Neither do I. I've become fond of her and I know that you have as well. Shiro would probably be the best choice." Thace said, closing his eyes for a moment.

Ulaz smiled as he nuzzled Thace. After several years they were finally able to send someone back to Earth to start finding Voltron. Since he had more time with the prisoners he would find the right person.
