"are you okay?" he came up to you. 
                          
sitting on the road, you ran away from your house, sick and tired of all your parents' arguments.
                          
those 3 words. 
                          
you looked up at him.
                          
your long flowing hair that was sweeping your face in the wind, the smile that was on your face, the hand outstretched to you.
                          
you were wary of him, but he looked so sincere, so you took his hand.

"kai"
                          
"hi kai! im y/n"
                          
his smile was annoying, but contagious.
                          
you took his hand, and he smiled even wider
                          
"wanna be my friend?" he said to me
                          
 you grinned as a form of reply with a warm tingly feeling in my chest.
