Lina turned the lights on to her garage. All the boys stood behind her, wondering what the heck she was doing. As soon as the electricity sparked in the dark room, they soon realised. In the garage, was a car.
That wasn't what caught Yunho's attention though. He walked past the car and headed straight for the camper van parked behind it. He gazed at the vehicle in awe. "You still have it." He said to himself.
It was the same camper van that Lina and her parents used to go on small holidays in, and Yunho would always be invited. It was the best times of his life. His father was always too busy at work to take him anywhere, and the thought of being alone with his mother scared him. That camper van was like his small escape as a kid.
"Yah! Jeong Yunho. Now isn't the time to gown for a trip down memory lane. We have shit to do." Lina urged.
"What exactly is your plan?" Hongjoong asked.
"I'm going to get a new ID, I've already contacted my friend and he's getting it ready right now." She explained. "Wooyoung, Yunho and I will go to the hospital and get San released. We have no idea what condition he would be in. And then we will bring him straight back here."
"Seems simple enough." Mingi shrugged.
"Exactly, so this should be easy." Yunho shrugged.
"Since Yunho left his car at the club last night, he will be driving mine." She pointed to the vehicle.
"You've had a car this whole time and you've just been letting me drive you everywhere." Yunho crossed his arms.
"I don't know how to drive. I got this for my 16th birthday." She chucked the keys to him and got in the passenger seat. She rolled down the window so she could speak to the others while Yunho and Wooyoung got in the car. "Wait here for us if you like. You can do what you want. My father won't be back until late tonight."
"Just make sure you bring San back to us." Seonghwa pleaded.
Wooyoung sat forward, his head popping into the front. "We aren't coming back unless he is with us." Desperation was laced in his voice. He was trying his hardest not to break down.
Yunho finally began driving to the same place where he got his ID from. It was a 10 minute drive from Lina's place.
Lina didn't even wait until the car was fully parked before hopping out and running up the front drive of her friend's house. She knocked on the door and waited several seconds before she was greeted by a bright face. "Felix, have you got it?"
"Nice to see you too." He chuckled. He handed her the small card and nodded. "Choi Lina. Just like you asked."
Lina embraced him in a tight hug before pulling away. "Thank you so much. I owe you one."
"Actually you owe me two. I got your friend that ID last night." He corrected.
She rolled her eyes and gave the boy a friendly peck on the cheek. "We can have a pizza night next weekend. All the snacks are on me."
She didn't even say goodbye before running back to the car. Felix didn't question Lina's intentions, he never did. He shrugged before shutting his front door.
"Did you get it?" Wooyoung asked as soon as Yunho started driving again.
She presented the card to him. "Yep. This will definitely work. We just have to stick to the whole 'parents had an accident' Story."
Yunho gave Lina a quick glance. "You really care about San, don't you?"
Lina sighed. "Of course I do. I was the only person besides Wooyoung who knew his secret. The poor boy broke down in front of me just because he was scared about me telling everyone. And he would always come to me when he was having trouble with his sexuality."
