Yunho was sitting on Lina's bathroom sink, the girl standing in between his legs as she applied makeup on his bruised neck. "Why don't you hide yours?" He asked while he gazed at her. 
                          
She shrugged, "I never felt the need to. My father doesn't care what I do, he already thinks I'm a hooker lol. And no one mentioned anything to me about it." Her eyes never left her task. 
                          
Yunho couldn't help but feel pity towards her. How she acted so careless, he didn't know. She either really didn't care or she was bottling up how she really felt. Yunho believed it was the second conclusion. "You can talk to me, you know." 
                          
"I'm talking to you right now." 
                          
"No I mean seriously. About how you're feeling." 
                          
Lina stayed silent until she had finished covering up Yunho's hickey and put away her makeup bag. Then she placed one hand either side of his thighs, while looking up at his serious expression. "You're taking this whole 'friend' thing a bit too seriously, don't ya think?" She asked rhetorically. 
                          
"No, Lina. I just think that you've gotten so used to being alone that you haven't come to terms with the fact that you have people who care about you. People who will listen to you if you need help." 
                          
"And I appreciate you all for it. But there is nothing wrong with me. In fact-" she bent down, opening the cupboard below the sink. She sprung up with an orange tube in her hand. She poured two pills into her palm before swigging them down her throat. "I have something else to help." 
                          
"Here-" she took his hand and poured the same amount into his palm. "Take some." 
                          
"What are they?" 
                          
"Stimulants." She answered. 
                          
"Is it safe?" 
                          
"I'm not going to give you something that kills you. You get a boost of euphoria. It's actually what I give Yeosang." 
                          
"I still think it's weird that you were secretly close with all my friends." 
                          
"Do you want these or not?" 
                          
"Fine, fine." He copied Lina's actions and swilled both pills. 
                          
"Now let's carry on studying, since you decided to distract me previously." She tapped the tip of his nose before walking into her bedroom, Yunho following close behind. 
                          
They both collapsed on Lina's messy sheets and brought all their textbooks up from the floor and started studying again. But neither of them could concentrate. The pills had started to kick in eventually and their minds couldn't focus on the tasks. 
                          
Eventually Yunho had enough. He put down his own and shut his notebook before fixing his gaze on a now confused Lina. "Let's go out." 
                          
"Yunho it's a Thursday evening. We have school tomorrow." 
                          
"So? When has that ever stopped you before?" He pouted. 
                          
"It hasn't. But you also need to get into college, which is a bigger priority right now." 
                          
He sighed an laid on his back. "How do you do it?" He asked the girl. 
                          
She hovered her head over his, "do what?" 
                          
"Everything. You're so strong. You're struggling and yet you act as if you're the happiest person alive. You don't let it affect your grades either. So how do you do it? How do you stop caring?" His eyes flicked as he panned between Lina's. 
                          
"I just realise that there are people out there with much larger problems than me. And if you think about it, we aren't even an atom small to the universe. How can something so small be of importance?" 
                          
"Now you're just speaking nonsense." 
                          
"It may be the pills talking." 
                          
He giggled at her comment before leaving his laughter to linger in the still air. 
                          
Yunho cupped Lina's face and squished her cheeks, making a smile to creep up on his lips. "I'm glad we're friends again. Being friends with benefits is a lot more fun than I thought it would be." 
                          
"Of course it is. Not only are you getting pussy whenever you want, but it's also with your best friend and includes no feelings attached. And we can see other people too." She shrugged. 
                          
Yunho sat up quickly, almost hitting the girl in the face. He looked at her, his serious expression returning. "You're seeing other people?" 
                          
Lina was taken aback by his question. "Well, not right now. But it's possible." 
                          
"I don't get it." Yunho shook his head. 
                          
"Get what?" 
                          
"How can you sleep with me and see someone else?" 
                          
"Yunho, I'm not yours. And we aren't in a relationship. We are using each other for just purely sex. That doesn't mean I'm restricted to just you." 
                          
"But I want you all to myself." He confessed.
                          
Lina crossed her legs, confused by his sudden affirmation. Even Yunho was confused with what he just said. "Do you have feelings for me?" She asked slowly. 
                          
"I- no." 
                          
"Then what's the problem?" 
                          
"I-I don't know. I just don't like the thought of someone else being with you. Never mind with myself."
                          
Lina had no idea how to respond. All she knew was that it was his first time on drugs and it was probably getting to his head. She chose to believe that he was being silly so she shook his comment from her mind. But she needed more than that. She needed a distraction. "How about we go clubbing?" She suggested.
