I wasn't ready for this doctors appointment today. I knew it was gonna be a mess if both Dave and Nipsy show up today. I tried my hardest to get one of them to stay home. But from the looks of it neither one was trying to hear that. How could I get myself in this mess like this.
I went and got dressed, did my hair, and makeup. Dave made me move in with him to keep a eye on me since I told him I was pregnant. He don't let me do nothing. I can't even go nowhere by myself. He sends one of his boys with me or he will go with me himself.
Now here it is the day I was waiting for but dreading at the same time. Dave walked in and looked at me.
"You look beautiful today." Dave said walking in and standing behind Simone.
"I'll be ready in a few. But you do know I don't need you to go to this checkup." Simone said as a matter of fact.
"I already told you that ain't no fucking option. I'm going. And this better be my baby like you said." Dave said putting his shoes on at the foot of the bed.
Simone walked out the room and went to the living room. She sat down and took a deep breath. As soon as she sat down Dave came out and stood in front of her.

"Yeah whatever are you ready to go?" Dave asked her looking down at her.
"I guess since you ain't letting me go by myself." Simone said looking at him.
"I'm about to start the truck and warm it up. Bring your ass on now." Dave said walking out the house.
Simone took this time to call Nipsy to see if she can persuade him not to come. She dialed his number. Nipsy picked the phone up quick.
"What do you want Simone? I already told you I was coming. So if that's what you calling about I don't want to hear the shit." Nipsy said not even giving her a chance to say nothing.
"Nipsy I told you you don't have to come." Simone said trying to sound all sad.
"And I said I'm coming. Is that all you want cause I'm about to go so I can make it there on time." Nipsy said.
"Nip baby please. I.." Simone said before she got cut off.
"I'm not your baby. So don't call me that. See you in a few." Nipsy said hung through phone up.
Simone ran her hand down her face and stood up. She didn't know what to do. At this point she knew she had a problem on her hands. Dave called her phone knocking her out of her thoughts.
"Yes Dave?" Simone said frustrated.
"Bring your ass on. I ain't gonna tell you again." Dave said.
Simone walked out the house and walked to the car. She opened the door and got in. Putting her seatbelt on and folding her arms over her chest. She didn't look at Dave cause she knew he would pick up on her attitude.
Dave backed out the garage and drove off. As they rode down the street Dave got a few calls. He answered them and looked at Simone.
"Why you in your feelings over there? You already knew I was coming so there's no need for you to be upset. Now is there something that you need to tell me being that you are trying to get me not to come to this appointment that suppose to be for my child?" Dave said raising his voice a little.
"No there is nothing I need to tell you. Why do you feel that it is?" Simone asked.
"Cause I know you. Now I'm telling you now I don't like surprises and if you aren't being honest with me you are gonna wish you did." Dave said.
As I pulled up to the doctors office I cut the truck off and looked at Simone. She was about to get out and I grabbed her arm.
"Hold on before you get out." Dave said looking at her.
Simone closed the door and kept her attention to the front.
"Look at me when I'm talking to you." Dave said to her.
Simone turned and looked at Dave.
"Look. I know this life is something for you. But when our baby is born I want to make things official with you. I can't have the mother of my child out here cause I have enemies. And the first thing niggas will do and come for the things closer to me. I had my boys move all your stuff out. So now you live with me permanently." Dave said.
"Why would you do that?" Simone asked pissed off.
"Didn't you hear a word I just fucking said. You are now a target. And I'm not about to have you or my seed caught in a crossfire. Especially with this shit with Nip." Dave said.
"Why I got to be apart of that with you and Nipsy? Just leave me out of that. And to be honest you should drop that with him too." Simone said.
"I ain't dropping shit. He's a snitch. And I don't do that. He was my boy and he betrayed me. And I'm telling you now when I see his ass again I'm knocking his ass on sight." Dave said biting his lip.
"Why do that? Please just let it go." Simone said scared to death cause she knew Nipsy was coming.
"I don't want to talk about that no more. I said what I said. Come on before we are late." Dave said getting out the truck.
Simone got out the truck and walked in the building. She got checked in and waited for the nurse to call her back. As they waited in the waiting room she spotted Nipsy. She saw him walking over to her.
As soon as he got to her he was shocked.
"Dave? What the fuck are you doing here?" Nipsy said.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" Dave said.
"I'm here for my baby's ultrasound." Nipsy said.
"Your baby? This my fucking baby? And what you mean your baby? You was fucking Simone?" Dave said standing up walking in Nipsy face.
"Yeah I was. Was you? Cause apparently she don't know what the fuck to say." Nipsy said.
"I'll kill the both of your right here." Dave said about to grab for his gun.
