Everything went to shit by absolute accident in a single day. Woo-bin's loving gaze on Min-hee got replaced by a look of fear in his eyes when he noticed who was standing just ten meters behind them. And he immediately knew that everything happening from here on out would not be good.

It was just a normal day. It was so incredibly normal that realizing what was about to happen was painful. It honestly felt like a rookie mistake. How could they even let this happen? They had probably been so used to kissing and holding hands out in public that they forgot the consequences of their actions. There was a reason they were hiding so intensely in the first place. This whole thing was like a game where they were spies, but they had just gotten shot by the enemy because they blew their cover. Han Min-ki had just seen them. He had not only seen them but filmed them. Thank fuck that Min-hee was wearing a hoodie.

During their relationship, Min-ki was a worry that seemed to shrink as time went on. It seemed that the danger of being around him didn't seem as pressing. Maybe it was because Min-ki had never really messed with either of them throughout their time at school. If he hadn't discovered them by now, would he ever?

But he did.

Min-ki was grinning and waving his phone at Woo-bin. He had been filming from a distance. He saw everything. Min-hee was facing the other direction, but the sight of Woo-bin was clear as day.

Min-hee noticed the panicked expression on Woo-bin's face, "What's wrong?"

"Keep your hood up. Walk away," Woo-bin said sternly. Min-hee was about to turn his head around, but Woo-bin instantly cupped both his hands around his face to keep eye contact. It almost felt and sounded like a slap. It hurt. "Don't turn around. Han Min-ki just filmed us."

"Oh my god," Min-hee started to panic, ignoring Woo-bin's harsh mannerisms. His breathing got unsteady. He put his hands to his mouth in shock.

"I don't want you to be outed like this. Please walk away. Keep walking."

Min-hee's lower lip fell open. Woo-bin didn't look like himself. He was being too severe and intense. Min-hee couldn't quite feel the weight of this situation as heavily as his boyfriend did. But then he thought about Woo-bin's past and what he went through in middle school. There was just a look in his eye that seemed so different. "I don't want you to go through this again."

"And what about you? You're a trainee! If anyone from your company sees this, it'll end badly for you," Woo-bin retorted. He came across as more jarring than he intended, and he could tell that Min-hee felt hurt. But could he not see how big a deal this was? Han Min-ki had just filmed them.

The same Han Min-ki that beat up a kid so bad that he ended up in the hospital and didn't come to school for 3 weeks. Han Min-ki who'd find a new kid every couple of months to do his errands — forcing them to buy him cigarettes, taking their money, making them run to buy lunch from places kilometers away — seven on the weekends. Han Min-ki who would put out his cigarettes on said person, leaving burn marks on their skin.

After seeing Woo-bin's desperate expression, Min-hee nodded and started walking away. Woo-bin noticed him trembling a bit. Maybe he was more nervous than he was letting on.

Woo-bin ran over towards Min-ki, an angry look on his face, "Delete the video."

"Woo-bin, how goes? Not even gonna say hello to your classmate?" Min-ki smiled as if nothing happened.

"You're more absent than present, we're barely classmates," Woo-bin said coldly.

"Fair point," Min-ki shrugged, "I didn't know you liked fucking guys."
