It's been the best four months of my life. Four months ago, I have probably been the most embarrassed in my entire life, but in that awful situation came a bigger one. And that was when I told Andrew, who's still my daddy and boyfriend by the way, about my terrible past.
Yet what came after was then again the best thing that has ever happened to me as well. Andrew was willing to stay with me even through my ups and downs and we both made this relationship work.
During that whole time, it didn't take long for him and I to get closer than ever and after the first month we've been together, he already asked me to move in with him and I said yes.
Only because it would benefit our relationship more and made it easier when either one of us also felt needy and had to have the other to satisfy them.
Not only did he take a very good care of me and my needs, but he has been the best daddy in the world as well.
Andrew often let me stay up way past my bedtime because of my insomnia and cooks me delicious meals whenever I was hungry or craving something in particular.
What I liked the most though was when we started to go out more in public he would get jealous and possessive over me whenever guys looked at me for too long or inappropriately.
It always made me giggle at how he would glare at them or wrap his arm securely around me to signal them to back off. Then I would tell him to leave it alone and kiss his cheek.
That only worked for a couple of minutes though before he went back to being his possessive self because he saw another guy looking at me again.
Now, the best part of our time together has yet to be told because you guys won't believe what he did.
Up to this day I still couldn't quite believe it and had to shake my head every time I do.
During our third month of being together, Andrew took a whole week off work and instead got us both to the airport without any words or ideas where we were even heading to.
So imagine my surprise when I saw the familiar city after we landed. I couldn't believe he really took me back to my hometown just because a day before I told him how I missed my sister back home.
When the driver parked in front of my sister's apartment, I was more than ecstatic and literally ran up to her place the first thing I could after the car stopped.
My sister, Mikayla, was completely surprised and didn't expect to see me at all and squealed when she finally processed that I was indeed standing in front of her.
Then the next few minutes were spent with me introducing her to my boyfriend while she threatened him not to hurt me.
Not that he really would. I hope, at least.
And now, imagine how surprised I was when Andrew suddenly spoke in freaking German! I never even knew he could speak my language and he told me, "well, you never asked."
To that I only rolled my eyes which earned me a slap on my ass. A yelp left my mouth when he landed a hard one at that and sent me a smirk afterwards.
I then sticked my tongue at him playfully and before he could do anything, Mikayla stopped our bickering and asked me if I already visited our dad's grave.
That's right. I never fully told the story of my past. Though Andrew asked me about it again after being together for two months.
Well, so basically my dad died in a fire when I was nine years old and my mom couldn't deal with the grieve and became an alcoholic and smoker instead.
