a/n: the song i recommend is,, arms - the paper kites

Garrett swayed to the song, holding his arms in perfect posture to yours. His eyes glowed that fiery amber, whilst you, stared into them like they were erupting volcanoes.

'I'd follow you anywhere...' He whispered, leaning into your body as his cold skin met yours.

Your deepened eyes sparkled lustfully. Although he was dressed in normadic fashion, Garrett's necklaces were still on his chest and his maroon and rather long jacket flapped ever so often as you danced.

'Anywhere?' You said.

'Anywhere.'

Being much smaller than him, you leaned into his shoulder, not contracting any warmth but feeling the sensation of happiness tense in his being. He was romantic that way. Not once would he show it but he was, only ever with you.

His mate for life.

Prior to swaying around the room, Garrett had startled you as you perched upon the arm of the sofa, mulling over your powers and the constant migraine in your head. He saw that and it worried him.

'What's wrong?'

'Oh, nothing. Just this..migraine- it won't go away. I'll be fine, my love.' You assured him, grasping his fingers as he walked by you.

That was the moment he whisked you up and before him, his eyes transfixed upon yours as the pain searing across your mind weakened; due to his rhythm in the dance, you had forgotten most troubles.

And so, you would dance until all troubles had been lost, and he was the only thing on your mind.
