"Princess, I need you to run an errand for me." Her father stated as he entered her office.

"Sure thing. What do you need?" She inquired.

"Go down to the realtor's office and see about purchasing these properties for me. Negotiate a good price if you have to." He told her as he handed her a paper with several addresses written on it.

"Anything else, father?" She asked as she stood up from her desk.

"That's all, pumpkin." He smiled before kissing her forehead.

She left their new office and walked down to her 2017 BMW 7 Series to run the errand her father had sent her on. She'd recently graduated college and immediately started working at her father's company. Her parents had only one child and they spoiled her as much as they could. Isabella had never wanted for anything growing up but she never acted like a spoiled brat, at least she didn't thing she did. The drive was uneventful as she made it to the realtor's office. She got a few odd looks which she attributed to being new to town as she waited her turn to see the realtor, Mr. Dickenson.

She was finally ushered into the office where she smiled and had a seat in front of the desk. After the pleasantries, she got down to business about the properties her father wanted to acquire. Mr. Dickenson looked each up and was happy to tell her each were indeed for sale. He explained how long they'd been on the market and how much the owner of the property was asking for them. She negotiated a good price, after all they had all been on the market for over a year and they were willing to buy them that day, and eventually left with the deeds to all four properties. He wondered what she wanted them for since they were all side-by-side near the notorious biker clubhouse and auto mechanic shop at the edge of town.

On her way back to her office, she noticed the back left tire had gone flat. With a huff, she stopped on the side of the road to ask her GPS for the nearest auto mechanic shop that dealt with flat tires. She followed the directions to Teller-Morrow Automotive Repair. Pulling in, she looked around and wondered what really went on at the shop. Happy grunted seeing a BMW pulling into the lot. He'd been left behind while Jax and the rest went out on some club business. He stood up from the car he'd been working on and watched as the owner climbed out. He was expecting an older man in an expensive suit. The person that climbed out took his breath away.

He walked over as she stood by her car looking around

He walked over as she stood by her car looking around. His heart began to speed up the closer he got to her. She looked up to see a very tall, bald, heavily tattooed man approaching her. Her heart sped up the closer he got to her. His presence said danger and mystery and she liked it. A lot. Her life was safe and this man was anything but. She smiled sweetly at him as he stopped in front of her.

"Can I help you?" He asked.

She stared at him briefly not expecting such a deep, gravelly, and very sexy, voice to come out of him.

"Uh, yes. It seems I have a flat tire. Can you fix it?" She inquired.

"Sure. Shouldn't take too long." He told her, "Head into that office and Gemma will get your paperwork finished."

"Thank you." She stated as she handed the keys over to him.

Happy stood there watching the natural sway of her hips and how the leather skirt clung to her curves as she walked. Once she was in the office, he climbed into the car, adjusted the seat, and moved it so he could change the tire for her. She smiled sweetly at the woman behind the desk and told her why she was there. Gemma quickly got the paperwork done as Isabella stood there. Gemma was looking her up and down wondering who she was and why she'd never seen her before. Once her paperwork had been done, she left the office to take a seat at the picnic table just outside the office until her car was ready.

Happy changed the tire as quickly as he could. He'd never seen her before and had so many questions about her. After changing her tire, he peeked into her car. It was nearly spotless. Her purse sat in the passenger seat and her cell phone sat in one cupholder between the seats. 'Who is this woman? Is this a company car or something?' he thought as he climbed back inside and moved it to a parking space. Isabella had already paid for the work and was ready to head back to her office. Seeing her car fixed, Isabella stood up and walked over to the car where Happy was standing.

"Thank you very much." She sweetly looked up at him.

"My pleasure." He replied with his own smile, "Haven't seen you around here before."

She smiled again, "Haven't been in town long. Still settling in, I guess. (she giggled making him smile again) I need to get back to the office. Thanks again for your help."

"Anytime." He stated.

She climbed into her car, readjusted the seat, and promptly left the lot. Her father would be dying to hear if he could start construction on the project he wanted to work on next. Returning to the office, she went to find her father to give him the deeds to the four properties as he asked. He smiled and told her what a good job she'd done bringing a smile to her face. His next task was getting a construction crew ready to start the construction process. He also wanted to visit with the owner of the auto mechanic shop to see if they could partner up so to speak.

The rest of the day, all Isabella could think about was that tall, tattooed, bald man with the sexy deep voice. There were so many questions she had about him. Was he single? Was he looking to get into a relationship? What was he looking for in the opposite sex? Happy found himself rather distracted the rest of the day as he thought of the dark-haired beauty who'd come to him for a tire change. She was sensual. She was feminine but not in a whore-ish way like the crow eaters. She had this natural appeal that struck him immediately. He found himself wanting to know about her. Was she single? Would she look past the things he'd done? Could she look past his tattoos and club?

The end of the day couldn't come for either. She just wanted to soak in her jetted tub in her condo and try to push all thoughts of that handsome stranger out of her mind. He wanted to get wasted and take all his sexual frustrations out on the nearest crow eater. That dark-headed beauty held such confidence as she walked into the office. The gentle sway of her hips seemed genuine and not something she was doing solely for his benefit. It came naturally to her unlike the whores at the clubhouse. He sighed as he downed a shot of his favorite whiskey. How could get this woman out of his mind?
