AUTHOR'S NOTE
Thank you guys so much for the support. I'm aware that the Blue Lock fanbase is pretty small as of now, but the concept is honestly mindblowing and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write about it. I was so excited to have finally found an amazing football manga and I'm so madly in love with the sport that I was disappointed upon finding out that not many people were writing stories about it. So I figured I'd change that.
This is my first time writing about a sport, so I apologize in advance if I get anything wrong. Feel free to comment, but no negativity please! If you have any feedback, I'd love to hear it!
On a side note, Igarashi does not appear in this story in order to make room for Jin. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I would also like to note that this will not be an overly romantic story. I wanted to keep things realistic for the situation these kids are in at Blue Lock, as they're there to achieve their dreams, not fall in love. But it will still have themes and scenes 😉.

UPDATE: For those of you that are reading this after watching the anime, I wrote this based on the manga. I haven't watched the anime so I'm not sure how the events conflict but I hope everything still makes sense for you guys! Things will eventually turn away from canon plot more towards the end.
