Tyylikäs 2 makuuhuoneen asunto Knightsbridgessä

Yksinkertaisesti upea korotettu pohjakerroksen kiinteistö, joka on kunnostettu korkeatasoisesti erinomaisella Garden Garden Square -osoitteella aivan Walton Streetin vieressä. Kiinteistö on yhtä kaukana Knightsbridge-, South Kensington- ja Sloane Square -metroasemista. Tämä pohjakerroksen tasainen, upean valkoisen stukkarunkoinen rakennus koostuu suuresta ja tilavasta olohuoneesta, 1 suuresta kahden hengen huoneesta, kylpyhuoneella, toisesta viihtyisästä makuuhuoneesta, jossa on futon / vuodesohva. Täydellinen 2 lapselle tai yhdelle henkilölle, jolla on myös oma kylpyhuone.

Säännöllinen sisäänkirjautumisaika on 15–18.
Säännöllinen kassalle lähtöaika on klo 11.00 mennessä.

Jos haluat kirjautua sisään aikaisemmin klo 12–15, kerro siitä meille, koska se saattaa olla mahdollista riippuen edellisen vieraan uloskirjautumisesta.

Huomaa, että siitä peritään lisämaksuja, jos haluat ilmoittautua myöhään tai kirjautua ulos myöhään.

1. Myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen:
Sisältää sisäänkirjautumiset kello 20–22 välillä 25 puntaa.
Maaliskuu 35 £ sisäänkirjautumisista klo 22.00 jälkeen.

2. Ylimääräinen myöhäinen uloskirjautuminen - maksu, joka on £ 35 uloskirjautumista klo 14.00 jälkeen uloskirjautumispäivänä (jos tämä on mahdollista).

Huomaa myös, että jos varaat 2 hengelle ja haluat käyttää myös vuodesohvaa, siitä peritään 20 GBP lisämaksu tuoreiden liinavaatteiden ja pyyhkeiden toimittamisesta - maksetaan käteisellä saavuttaessa. Kiitos!

We loved our few days in London. Great location, close to everything…. Shops, restaurants and transport. The flat was very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect location in a beautiful part of London
A quiet corner in a classic Chelsea street, yet very close to cafes, bars and restaurants. We spent the week walking around this beautiful neighbourhood, exploring surrounding suburbs and catching the train to Wimbledon. For us it was an ideal place to stay.

Exploring London in 2 days
Restful spot in proximity of stores, restaurants, and historic spots. Especially enjoyed lovely sunny days and walking through Hyde park and Kensington gardens. To be expected crowds near Westminster abbey, Big Ben etc. Best part of Big Bus tour was boat ride on Thames. Live person narration was wonderful. Didn’t like taped guide on bus

Apt is in a great location in a quiet square. Walk to Harrods. Knightsbridge & South Kensington easy walking distance. Loved 2 baths ( 1 with walk in shower & 1 with tub with handheld shower wand). Having a true washer & dryer was such a plus! Plenty of space to relax. Thank you!!

Fantastic (extended) weekend in London
Beautiful appartment, perfectly equipped, great location, super host, we really enjoyed our stay; the only point on the negative side (not as a criticism, rather a "need to know") is that the bed in the smaller room doesn't sleep 2 people (except maybe for kids under 10) and the sofa in the living room is too small to serve as an alternative (at least not for adults).

Great home base in London
Stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for my wife, son (14 yo) and I. Loved the neighborhood. Restaurants, pubs and cafes near by. 10 min walk to South Kensington tube station for easy access to circle and district lines.

Nice Place Close to Harrod's and Knightsbridge Underground Stop
The apartment was well located in a very nice part of London. Sole was very helpful in check-in, though logistics due to our lack of a UK cell plan were a bit difficult on the ground there. But we very much appreciated her help with our delayed luggage delivery communications. Roomy, two-level flat, with a nice kitchen. Little things could have been better given the price, like the master bath handheld sprayer wouldn't work, and the second bath toilet seat was very loose. There was no dryer, or at least none we could find. But we didn't bother to report any of this until checking out, since none of those were a huge issue. Overall a nice place.

Great stay in a nice neighbourhood
Flat was perfect for our family of three and just as advertised. The host was super-responsive, especially for check-in. Location: easy walk to tube station, Harrods, Hyde Park, V&A Museum, Natural History Museum, pubs, cafes, restaurants & still quiet enough at night for wonderful sleeps.

Lovely home, good location
Home was as advertised. The gentleman who greeted us was super helpful and friendly. Clean, modern, located near main throughfare, yet off enough to be quiet at night. Also close to many museums/attractions and transportation options. Felt very safe walking at night. One small request, maybe provide a 1 or 2 inch foam mattress topper for the bed/futon in the smaller bedroom. It's a little uneven in one spot. We put a doubled up blanket down on mattress which helped alot. Kids probably wouldn't notice, but old people like us do!

Great option for a small family
This property was a great option for our one week stay for our family of 4. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old, who like to run around all the time, so a cramped hotel room was not the best option. This property has just enough space to allow for some movement, and the separate living room upstairs allowed mom and dad to stay up after the kids went to sleep. The location is also great, in what seemed like a very nice and safe neighborhood. Only inconveniences were no microwave and no AC (although this may be the norm in London). The weather was in the 80s when we went, so it was a bit warmer in the unit than we are used to. Would still 100% recommend this property to others looking for an option other than a hotel. We certainly felt safe and comfortable, and was provided everything we needed and asked for during our stay.

An oasis in the city
This was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day sightseeing. So quiet and peaceful in the middle of the bustling Kensington neighbourhood. Plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and very handy for both South Kensington and Knightsbridge stations. V&A and natural History museum are on the doorstep. - we will be back again to investigate the science museum. The apartment is so comfortable - beds are super, shower is lovely and powerful, kitchen well equipped with some basic supplies available for use by guests. Loved our visit!

Nice location for London Visit!
We were in London for a long weekend, and this flat was a great home-base. There was plenty of space for our family of four (so much better than a hotel room!). It was very convenient to be able to do laundry, as we packed light for our Europe trip and supermarkets and cafes were all really close. We didn’t have a chance to make many meals as we were out and about a lot, but the kitchen was minimally stocked, a handful of pots and pans, but no sheet pans for the oven, etc. there were plenty of tea/coffee pots though! Overall this nicely remodeled place absolutely suited our needs for a wonderful (of quick) trip to London- thank you!!

Great location
Check in process was easy. Sole was kind enough to let us drop bags early after a transatlantic flight. The flat was as advertised. Great location near Harrods and Sloane Square. Beautiful street with garden in the center. Full size fridge and separate washer/ dryer. Bedrooms are down a spiral staircase so keep in mind with large luggage. The flat was clean and we would return.

Great all around!
We had a lovely stay here! Sole was responsive to my questions before and during our trip, and the space was very comfortable for our family of four. The construction mentioned in the listing didn't bother us at all - it was just during the day while we were out and not disruptive in the mornings or evenings. My only comment is that as Americans, we thought the dryer would be stronger :) So we did full loads of laundry the night before an early train and they didn't dry so we had to lay every piece of clothing out on chairs and tables overnight! That was our fault, but it's a smaller in-kitchen dryer and isn't the same as here at home! Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!

Harrods is the local food store!
location is close to food stores, coffee shops etc. Quiet basesment flat and comfortable bed. FYI does not have a microwave and needs a few repairs to cabinets and paint touch up. nice to have the washer/dryer

Comfortable home in perfect location
The flat was perfect for us - it had everything we needed to rest up after a busy day sightseeing. We enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the kitchen, and having access to laundry was handy after a week of travelling. Comfy beds, especially in the master bedroom and a perfect location for getting around.

I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I also speak Italian, Spanish and French and of course English! So don't hesitate in getting in touch, I'm always ready to help!

I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!
