Camelot Cottage - coastal self catering cosy cottage.

Camelot is a holiday cottage offering a warm welcome to the beautiful Norfolk coast all year round. We pride ourselves on those special touches and are always on hand for you during your stay.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 people with 3 separate bedrooms (1 x bunk bed) so is perfect for a romantic getaway or a holiday for all the family.

The local area is stunning with coastal walks on your doorstep (2 minute walk to the coastal path), a welcoming pub serving modern British cuisine (1 minute walk), a village shop, a seafront cafe and a crab shack selling locally caught fresh shellfish.

Whether you are looking for a cosy place for a winter break or a summer base for exploring the unique Norfolk landscape, Camelot is the ideal solution.

Good cycling and walking routes are available from the doorstep and the popular seaside resort of Cromer is just 2 miles away which can also be reached by walking along the coastal path.

We are a dog friendly cottage with miles and miles of sandy beach to explore. When you have worn yourselves out, there is a pretty, enclosed courtyard garden to enjoy and relax in and a front garden where you can quietly watch the world go by.

Please note, we have a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Guests booking for 3 nights can check in on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays although ask us as we may be able to be flexible. Our preferred check in day for guests staying 7 nights is Saturday but there may be flexibility depending on availability so please just ask.

Fabulous 3 night stay at this comfortable accommodation. Ideally placed for lovely walks to the beach and a short drive from Cromer. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, spacious downstairs area clean bedrooms. Would certainly recommend it.

The property is in a good location but if you have more than one car it can be hard to get the other car parked. Furniture could be more comfortable

Perfect location

Perfect location for fresh air, dog friendly beaches and getting away from it all. House could do with a few bits renewing but overall the perfect weekend away that we all needed. 3 dogs loved it too. Thank you

Clean & tidy goldfish bowl

the property was acceptable but close to a busy people road, starring in all the time, nets or blinds a must. The curtains stayed closed all week. The outside toilet/drain smell was unpleasant to eat at the table. The dishwasher was a nice addition but no dishwasher tablets, I had to go out to buy them. The local pub was expensive and not good. Overall cost not good for us.

Great location for a family holiday

Great location, a short 2/3 min walk to nice beaches as long as you can manage the fairly steep slopes, lots of nice walks locally, general area and neighbourhood very nice, the property was clean and tidy, maybe a tiny update here and there but it certainly had everything we needed and we were able to take our dog with us, glad of the car parking space as on road spaces limited during the day. A Good base for getting out and about nearest town Cromer. Good Comms with owner during booking. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Great location

Property was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The seafront and promenade are just a couple of hundred yards stroll away. All correspondence with the owner was promptly replied to. Really enjoyed our stay as a base to explore the area

Great house in brilliant location

We loved staying here for our short break. The house was clean and had great amenities. It has an enclosed garden which was great for the dog to be able to run around safely. The location is brilliant - view of the sea from the front garden and short walk to the beach, pub, shop and café. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Fabulous location! Amazing beach (one of our Norfolk favourites) great pub with amazing food, shop, cafe. Property clean and tidy - bathroom could do with a spruce. Net curtains for property would be good as rooms have lovely big windows but pavements close. Check in easy. Thank you for a lovely stay

Lovely Restful Stay

Camelot Cottage location is excellent, so close to the beach and the great walks. The cottage was in a good condition, but work needs to be done in the back garden as it was not a nice place to sit out in. We did find that the beds were rather uncomfortable but we still had a great time.

This property was very good and comfortable and in an excellent position for the beach but is looking a bit tired in places. Due to no nets or blinds on windows we felt a bit exposed would have liked a bit more privacy otherwise a very enjoyable stay

Relaxing and very comfortable.

Family stay at Camelot Cottage. Very close to the beach and places to eat. Not too far from Cromer itself. Cottage was comfortable, cosy and had all that was needed for a relaxing stay. Beds were comfy and we had good sleep. Kitchen was well equipped. Perhaps some blinds or curtains at the entrance hall and top of the landing would be a good idea. For some additional privacy and comfort. Definitely recommended and will visit again.

Very clean,comfortable house .Beach two minutes away to the right,pub and shop 2 minutes to the left Very friendly and helpful owner.We had a small problem on arrival which Martin sorted for us .Would visit again
