Little Venice is waiting for you! Come relax in beautiful home

Spacious garden flat, 2 bedroom, large sitting room with kitchen. All new furniture, King (200 x150cm) and double (190 x 135cm) beds, large new sofa with kitchen ready to cook in.

Kitchen has all the appliances - stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. We have basic cook items to share and there are some well stocked grocery stores nearby!

I have WiFi and smart TV that allows for watching Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc.

Private garden in the back with deck chair and tables, quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The flat is 800m from Warwick avenue tube stop, as well there are a few buses right outside the front door that can take you to Paddington or Oxford street in 10-15minutes.

There is a new washing machine in the flat, and a new tumble dryer. Flat has many towels/ wash clothes, full with toiletries, soaps, shampoo etc..

Happy to host families, have play pens for children and toys to share.

The flat was absolutely perfect. It's roomy, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location. Everything you need is there and if you have a question, Cindy responds immediately. It became our very cozy home away from home and we were really sad to leave.

Wonderful Short Stay
We had such a lovely stay at this VRBO in Paddington/Little Venice. It is a perfect spot for 3 or 4 people and was very comfortable for our small group. Only regret is that I wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely courtyard. This place we very conveniently located to all of central london.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The flat was very clean, spacious, quiet, had great amenities and I loved the neighborhood. It was very easy to go anywhere either by bus, Uber or a short walk to the tube. Cindy was very helpful with whatever we needed. There was a boat show in Little Venice during our stay and we loved it. I do recommend taking the boat tour to Camden market, it was a beautiful ride. I also recommend Prince Albert if you are looking for some great fish and chips.

Little Venice Gem!
Quiet, safe, and comfortable space in the heart of London. It was convenient to visit areas around the city and we had a lovely time. Check out the portobello market nearby, it was a wonderful neighborhood find.

Our family (2 daughters aged 8 and 10) had a great stay in Little Venice! Cindy was a very responsible and helpful host and the property was exactly as listed online. The patio was such a bonus especially during the hot weather we had in London!

Perfect spot with easy walk to tube
If you are looking for that perfect spot to stay, that’s in London, but not in the middle of the busy, this is it. Super clean and quiet. Lots of little neighborhood stores and a great breakfast place near buy. This was a perfect spot for me and my family.

Great flat and great location
This was a location in London we were not familiar with, and we loved getting to know the neighborhood. There is a tube stop (Bakerloo Line) at Maida Vale-- a 10 minute walk--and a bus stop right outside the door--this made it really easy to get anywhere we needed to go--such as the theatre. Little Venice was a 10-15 minute walk--this is a lovely area with great cafes and restaurants. The immediate neighborhood also has several nice cafes and small grocery stores. Paddington Station is an easy 20-minute walk--no problem doing this with luggage. The flat is lovely--tastefully decorated and a nice place to relax after a day seeing sights. The garden was the highlight--we spent many early evenings enjoying sitting here. Flowers were in bloom! We loved our week-long stay!

April Vacation
My wife and I stayed in London in December. We decided to return with our 15 year old daughter to show her the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the city and stay at the basement flat. The property has all the little creature comforts of home. I highly recommend this property. Super convenient to the Bakerloo line that can get you anywhere in the city. If the weather was little better we could’ve enjoyed the sitting area outside a little more. Very cozy

We stayed in four units during our tour of Europe (Madrid, Munich, Manchester and London), and this was the best one! Flexible and easy check in, plenty of towels, bedding and supplies, well maintained unit, and great service when we left an item behind after checkout. This rental is a sure thing!

Maida Vale dream
Thank you Cindy for a fantastic few days in your flat. All the necessities for a good week (kitchen, stove, fridge, washer, dryer, etc) and a good location to into central London. Walking along the canal and seeing the everyday folks walking to school and work was really fun. Cindy stocked up fridge starters and a Sainsbury is just a short 10 minute walk or Gail's next to Maida Vale underground was fantastic! Definitely recommend

There's a lot to like about this property. Lovely garden flat. Access to the quiet back yard was a great perk. It is conveniently located right in front of a bus stop with multiple routes; close to a couple tube stops, lots of cafes, shops, restaurants, etc. Easy to communicate with attentive host, convenient self-check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

A Week in Little Venice
My wife and I had a lovely week in the flat which has been upgraded with modern appliances. The flat is clean, spacious, with shops and restaurants, and the Maida Value tube station all in easy walking distance. An added bonus is the large, private outside patio where we had breakfast in the morning and relaxed before dinner in the evening. Would definitely book this flat again. Thank you, Cindy.

Fabulous Find
Beautiful property in a vibrant neighborhood in London. There is lovely, private outdoor space that we never had the chance to enjoy, but we were happy to know it was available. The hosts provided lovely touches, such as personal supplies (eg shampoo, conditioner). All of the included amenities were greatly appreciated. I’m the brief time we were actually there, it was a comfortable place to gather.

Beautiful and convenient flat
Loved staying at this flat with a beautiful garden and decor that was stunning. Extremely convenient to everything with one stop on the tube to paddington. Owner very responsive with details of the flat. — we had no problems at all. Quiet and fun neighborhood that we had not been to before — little Venice is very cool! Lots of very good local restaurants and convenience stores open 24-7 one block away. Loved it. Would definitely return !

My flat is an oasis in busy London. It was refurbished 18months ago, is nicely decorated, new linens, kitchen supplies, furniture. There is everything you need to have a great stay.

What makes this property unique

The private garden is an extra bonus. Very peaceful, great sunlight (when the weather agrees), lots of chairs to relax, take a break.

Bedrooms are also at the back of the property, so super quiet at night, very peaceful to sleep!
