We had a great stay

The flat is very spacious and clean. It is convenient to the bus and train. We loved the balcony with a view of the Thames. There is also a large supermarket just down the road. I recommend taking a boat ride down the river for great views of London. The Chelsea Harbour Pier is just a few minutes' walk from this property. I recommend this property and I would return.

Nice location, yet neglected property

I don't like leaving a bad review, however, there are other reviews for this listing that echo my experience, so there seems to be a pattern. The host didn't respond promptly to questions. Overall, the apt seemed neglected-lots of burned out lights, broken shower door that allowed water to spread over the bathroom floor, one of 2 front door locks was broken. I couldn't figure out how to operate the light panel in the living room and so could not use it for the first night as the host didn't reply until 24 hours later. On a positive note, this apt was close to an overground station which was convenient. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.

5 night London stay

Wonderful flat in beautiful location. Communication with host was easy and efficient. She was quick to respond. However, at check-in with concierge, would have liked a little more detail about getting from concierge to the flat. The complex is large and until you know where you are going, it’s a bit overwhelming. But overall a great place to stay while in London.

Absolutely awful experience. The check in process was extremely difficult. We had no instructions about exactly where the flat was located. Once we entered, we found that it appeared we were sharing rather than renting. Cupboards full of clothes, drawers full of possessions and the medicine cabinet was jammed full of products etc. However, there was no sheet on the bed, nor toilet paper and various light bulbs appeared not to be working. There was a used mask left on a duster in the bedroom. We checked out immediately. The owner had the nerve to charge us for 2 nights, although we never spent the night there. This included one whole night for a "cleaning fee"! (About 6x the cleaning fee on our contract with VRBO) I do not think that the owner understands the VRBO concept.

Cute place in Chelsea with a great location

The apartment location was great. The place itself was a bit run down. There were no lightbulbs in the second bedroom. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom. The washer was running when we arrived but we had no information on what to do with it, the dryer didn't appear to work. We would stay again for the location.

Nice, comfortable apartment.

Generic apartment. A couple of odd things, it’s listed as a one bedroom two bath, but is a two bedroom two bath but the second bedroom is filled with stuff. It should be a locked door. The shower and the tub are both scary to get in and out of and very slippery. That does seem to be kind of an European thing though. A lot of light bulbs were out through out the apartment and we never figured out how to turn the living room lights on.

Très satisfait du séjour.

Très bel appartement. Nous avons séjourné à 3. Très spacieux, bien équipé. 2 salles de bains. Pour la lumière du séjour, c’est le boîtier avec les 10 boutons à gauche en entrant dans le séjour. Vous avez l’arrêt de métro Falhem à 10min à pied. Beau quartier. Petit bémol sur la qualité des casseroles dans la cuisine.

Perfect location for a holiday

Easy to catch local transport including bus or train. Pleasant gardens, views of the Thames. Access to supermarket and coffee shops. Also restaurants on site. We hope to teturn again.

Lovely stay

I stayed with my friends for 2 nights, and it was such a beautiful location, we felt safe, and accommodated. The washer machine was a little tricky to figure out but other that it was wonderful!

Review of Apartment in Inperial Wharf

We were unable to check into the apartment at 5pm, despite the check in being 3pm as the keys were not with the concierge as the apartment was still being cleaned. The TV didn’t work and when the owner eventually responded to how to get the TV to work we were advised that it was disconnected as it was barely used. One of the bathrooms smelt strongly of mould/drains and could not be used. Luckily there was another bathroom. The wardrobe doors in the main bedroom did not close so you had to put things in front of them. Shame these problems could not be resolved as the apartment could be a lovely place to stay.

Me and my friend booked this property for a weekend away and it did not disappoint! It’s a 2 minute walk from Imperial Wharf station and is super close to a Tesco Express. The concierge were so helpful and we felt super safe and secure within a gated community; the only downside to this is that certain food delivery drivers may have a problem finding you and you will have to meet them round the corner, but this didn’t bother us. The balcony space and the view from it was amazing, as well as the inside of the property being extremely spacious and modern. Overall a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be booking again!

Il contesto è molto gradevole, soprattutto la vicinanza con vista del Tamigi. L'appartamento è bello e spazioso. Dobbiamo segnalare che quando siamo arrivati la lavatrice era in funzione per cui c'è stata la necessità di asciugare la biancheria. Il rumore della ventilazione centralizzata era piuttosto rumoroso, cosa che abbiamo segnalato all'host.

We spent 7 days in this apartment - 2 adults and a teenager. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The living room is very large, sleeping there was not a problem at all. It has 2 bathrooms which was very comfortable. It is very quiet, although it is closed to a railway line you don't hear trains passing by. The consierge is helpful. They let us store our suitcases in the consierge room after having left the apartment at 11 am and we could enjoy the day in London until our evening flight home. The location is good, there is an overground station like 200 meters from the house, underground station is 15 minutes walk or a bus stop in front of the house. There are some restaurants in the estate area and Tesco Express just around the corner. The only disturbing issue is that there are many owner's private belongings like clothes, cosmetics, other accessories in wardrobes and drawers and not enough space is left for guests' stuff.

Great stay

It was a beautiful place to stay in a great area that felt safe and was near transit! We really enjoyed the condo, the only thing was that we were counting on having the washing machine (and packed accordingly) so it was disappointing that it was not working so we had to lug everything to a laundromat. Other wise it was a lovely stay and everything you could need!

Wohnung mit flair

Die Lage der Wohnung war absolut perfekt, da sie sich in der Nähe einiger der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen Londons befand. Orte wie der Buckingham Palace, Big Ben und das London Eye waren leicht zu erreichen. Außerdem war die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut, so dass auch weiter entfernte Orte leicht zu erreichen waren. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es gab alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, einschließlich einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, bequemen Betten und zwei modernen Badezimmern. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und stilvoll und es gab genügend Platz für eine Gruppe von 3 Personen. Die gesamte Erfahrung war sehr positiv und wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in London verbringen möchte.

Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft war war nicht gereinigt, es lagen Haare in mehrere Zimmern auf dem Fußboden. Der Geschirrspüler war mit dreckigen Geschirr voll. Im kleinen Bad war das Waschbecken nicht zu benutzen da der Abflussstöpsel defekt war und das Wasser nicht ablaufen konnte. Auch nach mehreren Mail mit den Gastgeber kam kein Techniker. Auch erhielten wir kein drittes Bettzeug(Bettdecke, Bettlaken) für die Couch. Toilettensitz (WC Brille) im kleinen Bad defekt (unbenutzbar). Diverse LED Spods (Badezimmer, Küche) waren defekt, Dunstabztugshaube funktionierte nicht. In der Küche waren die Schränke mit abgelaufenen Lebensmitteln / Gewürze (teilweise aus 2019 und mit Insekten). Fast alle Schränke waren entweder mit Bekleidung voll oder mit Werbepost, Zeitschriften. das zweite Zimmer in der Wohnung dient als Abstellkammer / Rumpelkammer. Hätte man auf die Tür mal schreiben können. Der Hausmüll / Abfall muss in der Tiefgarage entsorgt werden (Dieses erfährt man erst, wenn man beim Concierge nachfragt). Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin (lebt wohl nach deren Handynummer in Amerika) immer Zeitverzögert (1-2 Tage oder auch gar nicht). Kommunikation mit Fewo-direkt auch nicht besonders gut. Kompliziert eine Erstattung für die Mängel zu erhalten (Gut das man eine Rechtsschutzversicherung hat)
