Appartement très bien situé
Appartement très bien situé dans le joli quartier du port et présentant une très belle loggia avec une vue magnifique. Néanmoins j'apporterai quelque bémol quant à l'équipement électroménager qui mériterait une mise à niveau, plaque électrique notamment , et la surface disponible qui est décevante. Retenons les points positifs : résidence calme, belle loggia avec vue sur le bassin, parking privatif et sécurisé.
