Beware! Not a nice place.
Pic were very misleading. We chose this place because of the location. Without a doubt, it was the MOST run down and ill appointed VRBO I have ever experienced. I’ve never left a review like this before, but I feel morally obligated to do so. Here’s a list of what we ran into: *listed said two beds (sleeps 3), but the futon had only one flat sheet, with no blankets or pillows anywhere in the unit *only ONE bath towel in the whole unit, no other linens whatsoever *no coffee cups or wine glasses, only two spoons and knives, no forks, only one plate. What dishes there were happened to be grimy and unwashed (including lipstick marks) *nothing else on the kitchen shelves other than a toaster and a water kettle (no pot, pan or utensils, no pantry basics whatsoever) *only one roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay *kitchen table about to fall over, legs are bent in on themselves Note: I reached out to the manager about these issues as soon as we arrived and waited a whole day for a reply before I literally walked out and purchased the following items: *twin sized down comforter *bath towel *2 hand towels *3 coffee mugs *frying pan *spatula *toilet paper I left these items in the unit upon our departure as a donation to the next unsuspecting victim. I spent a total of 114.85 pounds to furnish this place so that we could actually stay there. In short, I would give negative stars if I could. This place was the worst, and the manager was MIA after the initial check in.

I was surprised how you let this apartment be in you app it has water marks all over around in the bathroom the mold it’s horrible the property manager never gave us the towels not even toilet paper or soap nothing please go and check this apartment it’s descanting If you want I have pictures

Do not stay here! The place was not clean, there was one bath towel and hand towel, Mold in the bathroom, not just mold a lot of mold, was dirty had cigarette holes. Appliances were broken and the TV had no remote. Asked for the Wi-Fi and password no response. Had to go buy my own towels and linen and cleaning supplies. I would not let anyone stay there.

DO NOT BOOK - UNINHABITABLE ACCOMMODATION
Uninhabitable, dirty, broken and total misrepresentation of the property. Very poor communication which had me worried from the start and event though I mentioned that I was staying with my 84 year old mother they still took our money for a place which is not fit for purpose and should not be allowed to be sold. No working shower, mould and water stains throughout, no hot water, cupboard doors missing, banister dangerous, filthy, stained sheets, the list goes on. Please take off your site and do not give these people anymore money. DO NOT BOOK.

After contacting Vrbo and the host on multiple occasions, I was left stranded in London with no support from Vrbo or contact from the host… I am out of pocket and still waiting for my money back and ruined my weekend and major upset and stress 😡

Lorsque j’ai réservé ce logement début avril il n’y avait encore aucun avis puisqu’il était nouveau sur la plate-forme. J’ai fais confiance à Abritel pensant qu’ils contrôlaient leurs logements et la véracité des photos. 3 jours avant mon départ j’ai pris connaissance des 4 avis donné et j’ai eu très peur de là où j’allais loger avec ma fille, j’ai anticipé en cherchant à trouver une solution avec Abritel mais en vain il me fallait y aller et constater, ce que nous avons fait et ce fut horrible, totalement insalubre, je ne comprends pas qu’un tel logement puisse être sur une telle plate-forme ?! Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout, lorsque vous êtes sur place vous pouvez constater la moisissure, la saleté, l’usure, la vétusté et l’odeur de tout ce mélange qui fait que vous n’avez qu’une seule envie partir et vite !!!! Abritel m’a certifié me rembourser la totalité de ce que j’avais versé pour ce « taudis ». Ainsi qu’un dédommagement sous certaines conditions, J’ai trouvé à me reloger dans l’urgence en tenant compte des conditions qu’Abritel me donnait. Rien ne fut facile pour un début de séjour qui devait l’être et qui était le cadeau des 18 ans de ma fille. A ce jour j’attends toujours le retour d’Abritel et qu’ils respectent ce à quoi ils se sont engagés, me rembourser et me dédommager du coup supplémentaire que cela a occasionné. Je trouve cela honteux et ce logement devrait être interdit sur la plate forme de location. A fuir

It’s scam- don’t stay there!
This advertisement is a scam. Unfortunately, I was among unlucky ones who got in the trap and lost a lot of money. I made my booking before first reviews were published and was not aware about horrible condition of the apartment. Three days before arrival I checked for updates and read 2 very bad reviews reporting identical experiences. I have contacted Vrbo and asked for the cancellation of booking. I was refused and told that I have to go there, check in and that they will take an action if apartment is in a bad condition indeed. It is important to mention that Vrbo handling complains very unprofessionally. To be precise they just play avoidance game and make contacts to them as difficult as possible with the hope that the client will just give up. I contacted several online agents via the chat, not helpful at all. Vrbo contact phone number that was provided on the website for Austria doesn’t exist. I was given another number for Germany - waited online for 45 minutes, and then the call was disconnected. Then online agent gave me US number-the only one that finally worked. I tried to contact the property manager for cancellation and reimbursement- was refused. Check-in details were not provided 3 days in advance, as indicated on the website. Received check in instructions in bad English on the day of arrival. Apartment is in horrible condition- dirty, mould everywhere, dirty toilet, dirty bathroom, dirty curtains, broken appliances, no hot water: hazard for health.

Las fotos no son reales, nos dieron un piso que la habitación estaba en subsuelo, mucha humedad , paredes con manchas. La ropa de cama estaba sucia, así como también el piso en general. Terrible accommodation- not fit for habitation
The apartment is in a great location with beautiful balcony, however- There was no hot water to wash or shower. There is a leak from the window that creates a pool of water at bottom of steep steps from the mezzanine which is treacherous and health and safety hazard. The building has no noise control/asking residents to be quiet through the night time, thin walls and floors meant we were unable to sleep. There is mold in bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. The apartment door lock is broken and not fully attached to the door -- therefore not secure. The kitchen had no pots or pans. The place is very grubby and in terrible condition. We contacted the owner to notify them of no hot water, flood, etc and they failed to send someone to fix and then they declined all our calls. We spent hours and hours on calls with VRBO agents and they also attempted to contact owner- again he refused to answer them also and eventually vrbo allowed us to cancel remainder of our stay and were offered alternative accommodation in a hotel at their expense. If you have booked this - i recommended that you cancel immediately and find alternative accommodation.

Tutto pessimo, dalla pulizia alla sicurezza dell'alloggio. Pessimo servizio. Camera per due e non per tre come da prenotazione, biancheria per una persona. Elettrodomestici rotti, TV rotta, camera per non fumatori con evidente tanfo di fumo e biacheria con bruciature di sigarette, mobili in pessime condizioni, bagno indecente. Prese elettriche in parte non funzionanti. L'annumcio non corrisponde alla situazione reale. All'arrivo non c'era nemmeno la chiave, wifi inesistente, e nonostante i messaggi per recuperare quanto in annuncio, tra cui il tterzo letto e la biancheria aggiuntiva, nessuno ha fatto qualcosa. Abbiamo dovuto pulire noi l'alloggio e comprare la biancheria. Con una figlia di 11 anni a seguito, è ancora più intollerabile. Mi riservo azione legale con tutte le foto e i documenti del caso. Pessima organizzazione.
