it is both amusing and really quite distressing how significantly my ability to create spikes when i am away from work for an extended period of time. call it a mental block or whatever, laziness or just incompetence; but i have gotten more than a 3-month-average of word count done in less than a week. and that's just plain frustrating

#just let me write and write and write and write i am begging you please#i desperately want to contribute to society and i enjoy working hard but a 9-5 just saps all the will i have to create
