Mo ran turned to the voice, ‘That’s not very professional of you, Wanning.’
He tried to keep his voice even, but he practically felt his heart skip a beat upon seeing his old manager. The remnant of affection sickened him until it was rapidly overtaken by poorly repressed rage. If he hadn’t spectacularly fallen from grace, then he wouldn’t be playing these stupid games. And whose fault was it that he was here? He refused to waste any more time on Chu Wanning. He fixed his eyes on the doll in front of them, trying to work out what game they’d be playing. Not that he’d enjoyed the kind of childhood spent playing games. All of a sudden he felt himself be pulled back.
‘Are you insane? Don’t go to the front!’
Mo Ran opened his mouth but his response was cut off by the tannoy.

Fanfic in 2025:
Some of you may have noticed I’ve deleted a couple of fics (Eternal Sunshine/The Space Between) the reason being that I don’t really have the motivation to write for those fandoms anymore, but I also like the tropes (memory alteration and reimagining classic yaoi) so it’s entirely possible I’ll revisit them within another fandom soon.
Obviously I’ll continue to update Kingmaker and Pay Attention to Me as regularly as I can (one of my New Year’s resolutions is to get Kingmaker back on 10 day updates)
