Charlie Chip & Patty Dairy are a recently married couple. Charlie is a lowly Chemist assistant while Patty is a high class socialite. One day on their 2nd year anniversary, they hang out in his lab enjoying cookies and cream ice cream when they failed to noticed an unstable container of cosmic radiation. It exploded and bombarded them with it's strange energy, merging their bodies as Charlie became "Cookie" and Patty became "Creme"
Now as freaks, they do various crimes to find the cure to their transformation.
