In 2 weeks, my friend Maha's life has turned from difficult into a living nightmare.

Since the end of December, she, her husband, and their two young children have had a barrage of woven catastrophes:

  • IOF bombed their camp during the night. They woke up just in time to flee.
  • Tent and belongings burned to ash
  • Began sleeping in the street
  • Emergency hysterectomy due to another IOF attack
  • Family did not collect enough in time to cover medical debts/loans
  • Ahmed had to run and hide to avoid being killed by loan sharks
  • Hospital kicked Maha out while in recovery

Now Maha is back on the streets with her two children, in the same situation that already cost her a baby, her fertility, and her husband... This time alone.

A tent would allow Maha and her two children to stay in a camp, away from the bullets and shelling that Israel fires at anyone outside after curfew.

I know you all see sad stories every day, but my friend has been through absolute hell.

Can we please stop it from getting any worse, before she loses the children she has left?

After everything she's lost, she can't even grieve in peace.

Sharing is appreciated, and no donation is too small. Thank you

The current temporary goal is €21,600 EUR. This will allow the family to pay for a tent and a relatively secure camp site.

Currently the campaign is at €20,750 EUR, so we still need to raise €850 EUR (about $883 USD) before they can get a tent and a site.

PROGRESS: €0/€850 EUR

hey my birthday is tomorrow (jan 7th) & while we did get a good amt of donations pretty much all of it went towards rent & getting me a replacement for my phone. we still haven't been able to get groceries, gabi's bank has some random charges that put her at -$70, & my fucking. only wearable shoes broke. if anyone has anything to help out it would be massively appreciated, i know it's been extra rough lately & it sucks. hopefully gabi's job will give her a raise soon (she's coming up on one year) & I'm still trying to find work where I can but it's a tough job market for a wheelchair-bound trans woman to like, exist in. as (unfortunately) always, my paypal is here, & my wife's cashapp & venmo are both @ coquiprincess.

i don't wanna sound hopeless but i feel like so many of you don't care or have stopped caring about palestine.

the news of hospitals being bombed, children being massacred, people dying from the cold, and the famine spreading in gaza does not seem enough to grab attention or make people care.

what new tragedy needs to befall gaza for you to start talking about it? the occupation kills a child every few minutes. people are cold and are starving. refugee camps are being bombed with bombs that can level city blocks.

this all happens because of all of us. we are complicit in this genocide because our governments use the taxes we pay to send weapons to the occupation. weapons that are used to kill children and impose a blockade that is starving 2 million people.

the very fact that we're still going about our days when all of this is going on breaks my heart. especially because we have failed to stop our governments from using our money to arm israel.

i urge you, please be generous and donate to suad and her baby khaled. he is just six months old and suad is unable to find any formula for him. if she finds anything, it is extremely expensive. the baby also needs warm clothes and is suffering from a respiratory problem and needs a nebulizer.

@suad-khaled has been verified [#279]

My name is Hala, from Deir al-Balah, Gaza. I live with my four children, Abdul, Jaber, Mohammed, and Lian, and my mother-in-law, in a never-ending nightmare. Our home was bombed, and everything we had turned to ashes. Now, we live in a burnt house, with no safety or hope..

My husband, Adham, is stuck in Egypt, and I face this torment alone. My children suffer from hunger and illness, and we have nothing to protect them. Life here is unbearably difficult; every day is a struggle for survival.

I urgently need your help to raise $35,000 so we can escape, as each person requires $5,000. This money isn’t just numbers; it’s our hope for a new life away from pain and suffering. We are human beings who deserve to live, so please don’t let us drown in this nightmare.

Help us, as we are in desperate need of your support.

VERY Important update about Marah's campaign!!!!!!

Hi all! Recently, Marah @mahrahpalestine has not only had her previous blog terminated, but her family has been unable to transfer money from GFM. This has been happening with quite a few Palestinian campaigns lately. I'm quite nervous as I've never done this before, but I will now be hosting their family's campaign on Chuffed, which is openly pro-Palestine!

Please let me know if you're having trouble donating to this campaign! I tried to make it identical to the GFM campaign so people know it's hers!

I am in contact with both Marah and her brother, Mahmoud, and we will make sure that the funds for this campaign transfer straight to their account in Gaza!!

Below is proof of the family's finances and inability to transfer money from the last campaign:

PROOF OF VETTING AND SHARING BY 90-GHOST, A TRUSTED AND BELOVED VETTER ! Her old URLs were @/helpfamily and @/freepaleatine95

$0 of $25,000 raised

My campaign transfers have been stopped since the beginning of November, and I fear that it will take more time or the amount will be lost due to Govand's deliberate policy of deleting some Palestinian accounts. So I need your support here to help my family right now, and I swear my family needs you more than ever.

I am close friends with the Al-Habil family, whose situation I have discussed under our “#ibtisam al habil” tag. There is still a lot of concern for the youngest child Nour, who is a disabled teen about whose situation you can learn more under our “#Nour Al habil” tag.

Torrential rains have flooded the streets of Gaza and all but destroyed the family’s tent. They are inundated with freezing, extremely contaminated water, which is extremely dangerous for 15 y/o Nour.

Nour is immunocompromised due to her heart condition. These flood waters carry gangrene, cholera, and polio bacteria among numerous others, as well as many viruses and pollutants.

We were about halfway through raising the funds for the tent when Nour’s mother, Ibtisam, suffered a herniated disc after sustaining an injury while moving a barrel of water. She is in severe pain, and can barely move. This is not only miserable and unhealthy for her, it also prevents her from caring for Nour.

In addition to the ongoing $2,000 USD needed for shelter, the family now needs $300 USD (about $433 CAD) to help Ibtisam manage her pain and be able to move.

New temporary goal: $52,971 CAD

Currently: $50,804 CAD

Need to raise: $2,167 CAD (about $1,500 USD)

🚨 We Need Your Kindness to Survive 🚨

Hello, My name is Mosab Elderawi, and I live in Gaza with my family. Life here has become harder than I ever imagined, and I’m writing this with hope in my heart that you might hear our story.

The ongoing war has devastated my family. We’ve lost 25 family members—each one a beloved part of our lives, taken too soon. I miss them deeply—their laughter, their presence, their love. Every day is a reminder of this unimaginable loss.

We are now facing daily challenges to survive—things that most people take for granted, like food, clean water, and a safe place to sleep. The harsh realities of life here have replaced our dreams with the constant fight for survival.

Our Current Situation:

💔 Lost Stability: The war has left us without work or a stable source of income. 🍞 Basic Needs: Food and water are becoming harder to afford with rising prices and scarce resources. 📚 Dreams on Hold: Like so many here, my family’s dreams have been replaced by the need to simply survive. 😢 Unimaginable Loss: Losing 25 loved ones has left a void that can never be filled.

How You Can Help:

I’m sharing our story with the hope that someone out there might care. Even $5 can make a big difference for us, and if you’re unable to donate, just reblogging this post can help spread the word.

Your kindness, no matter how small, is something we’ll never forget.

What This Means to Us:

Your support is not about changing our entire situation—it’s about giving us a little relief, a little hope, and a way to keep going. We are not asking for much, and we understand if you can’t donate. Sharing our story is just as valuable to us as a donation.

Thank you for reading this far. It means the world to us to know that someone is listening. Your kindness gives us strength and helps us believe in a better tomorrow.

With all our gratitude, Mosab Elderawi and Family ❤️

In the last year, I've become disabled with a joint condition that leaves me unable to walk long distances. Thankfully, I had the privilege of being given a wheelchair for free that I can use when I need it. I can't imagine how I would be living now without it.

So I can't imagine how it feels for my friend @ghadaanqar and their family to go without a needed disability aide for their little girl, Iman. Iman has osteoporosis and desperately needs braces for her legs to be able to walk and function. In an already very difficult and scary situation, it pains me to know a girl that young cannot move the way her peers can.

I have been speaking to Ghada in DMs and they have been very sweet and kind. Their story speaks to me especially as somebody who has also struggled to afford medical care for a complex disability like this. If you have even a dollar to spare, please consider giving it to this family. Everyone deserves dignity and the ability to care for themselves and their disability!

They are currently at 40% funded. I know we can push it higher than that! Tagging under the cut for attention.

‏Today's vetted fundraisers

I am Nevin Al-Sir, I live in Gaza, I am 27 years old, I used to work as an accountant in an accounting firm, I am married and have a child, I was also pregnant during the war, the war on Gaza, and when the evacuation order came from our area in Gaza, we fled through the corridor that the occupation lied to us about and the safe corridor was a disaster. We walked on foot, the longest distance I have ever walked in my life. I was displaced to a tent with the rest of my family, and it was very difficult, tiring and exhausting. Every time there was an evacuation in the southern areas, I was forced to evacuate again to a worse tent. Then I gave birth to my child in a field hospital because the hospitals were out of service. I gave birth to my son in the winter, the cold and the war together, which did not destroy my house and my tent. Now we live in a tent, me, my mother, my father, my husband, my brothers, my sisters and their children, and I need your support to try to survive.

Imagine having to discharge your child from the hospital, not because they’ve recovered, but because they need the bed for another patient… This is what happened to us.

. My son Ibrahim was discharged from the hospital despite his critical condition because they needed the bed for another patient.

. We are living in torn tents under freezing cold and strong winds with no warm clothes or blankets.

. The children are shivering from the cold, and I struggle to meet their basic needs.

. The main donation account was suspended due to an issue with the campaign organizer’s account.

. I had to use PayPal for donations despite some people’s concerns about it.

. The current donations barely cover part of Ibrahim's treatment costs, and the risk to his life is increasing every day.

. We urgently need your support to save Ibrahim’s life.

. Please share this post so that help can reach as many people as possible.

. Don’t forget Gaza, don’t forget us.

As many posts you see talking about the problems trans women face, never forget that it has been worth it. Every trans women i’ve talked to has said they wouldnt reverse their decision to start hormones or get surgery or whatever. Its worth it. I feel so much better about myself generally. I didnt think tjat would happen. You expect nothing to change. You expect to keep being the same depressed boy with no light. But genuinely hrt has added a brilliance to my life i never thought possible. I used to think it would be the same bleak shit. But it isnt. Everything is in color now. Just dont die wondering, ok?
