Cleric Wolfwood and Livio was Vash's early project: merging by blood transfusion. (Or more like Plant marrow transplant??) They are not fully Plant but capable of fast recovery and regeneration. They were taken from a charity hospital run by his religion (and Conrad, of course.), a children's ward for terminally ill. Dying Plant's marrow into dying kids, he was trying to save both.
Elendira was his first success. A human child sacrifice, a merge done by Nai and Vash's power combined. Nai got his black hair patch bc of this incident. Vash did this against Nai's will. (Think of it like the Fifth Moon Incident)
