Have you ever felt the pain of loss? Have you lost someone close to you, someone dear to your heart? Have you lost a family member? I hope you haven’t, but for my family and me, it’s our daily reality. Every single day, without exaggeration, we lose someone we love.

Last week, I lost my uncle, my mother’s brother. He was walking down the street, just like anyone else, when he was struck by a missile from a drone. And today, we lost more loved ones—my uncle and his son. They were sitting together in a home that had already been destroyed by the Zionist war machine. Not only was the house obliterated, but its residents were killed as well.

I don’t think this genocide will stop here. Even at this moment, more people continue to die. The number of martyrs has exceeded 50,000, not including those still trapped beneath the rubble. We might be the next names added to the list of the dead.

Please, I beg you, save what’s left of us. Don’t just scroll past this post. Share it, and if you can, donate. Every donation you make can save an entire family from death.

Please all share it and tag your friends.

In the Heart of Suffering: My Family in Gaza.

My family, consisting of 12 people, including 6 children, is living in torn tents that offer no protection against the harsh winter or heavy rain. Water seeps into the tents from all directions, and the cold bites at the children’s fragile bodies as they bathe in freezing water not by choice, but because there is no alternative.

When one of them falls ill, they suffer silently because medicine is unavailable. Even basic winter clothing is beyond reach they left everything behind when they fled from northern Gaza to escape relentless bombing. Every day, they carry water in buckets and struggle to find food amidst skyrocketing prices, while constant shelling, hunger, and fear surround them on all sides.

Help my family survive this hell. Donate if you can, or share their story so it reaches someone who can help. And if you can’t, keep them in your prayers and thoughts. Your words and actions might be the light that brightens their darkest days.

Fundraiser under the cut.

@ahmedpalestine's campaign is still only at 21% as of November 6, if you have a few dollars please consider donating to help his family survive.

Many campaigns are stagnating and it's up to us to continue to highlight, promote, and talk about them. If every person who shared this post gave five dollars, we would have met this goal plus some change!

Not everyone can donate to every campaign, but if you haven't donated to any already please consider this one.

Ahmed is trying to help his family of 12 survive, half of them are children. If you have a few dollars today, please donate.

Today marks one year of escalated violence against Palestine. My admiration and support goes out to the Palestinian people for their enduring strength and resilience in this fight for their liberation.

I also live on land that was stolen and colonized, and I have friends and family who have been deeply hurt by the colonizing forces that I descend from. I struggle to come up with words to describe how the genocide against Palestine, not dissimilar from Canada's own genocide towards its indigenous peoples, makes me feel. It's not my story to tell, but I want to raise my voice to uplift and support those who are fighting back against colonization, imperialism, and violence against indigenous peoples.

I'd also like to take a moment to highlight a specific gofundme. Please follow this link and read @ahmedpalestine's story. If you can't donate, please share, make art, talk about it, and learn the stories that Palestinians are trying to share with you.

Take the time to read a book about Palestine, join a talk, attend a protest. This fight isn't a flash in the pan or a trend-- it's about global liberation, the fight against fascism, and destroying the forces of colonization and imperialism. It took us centuries to get here, and it will take many years of sustained work from hundreds of thousands of people to undo the damage.

Please share and repost these. Credit isn't needed.

Here is the story of my cousin, Ahmed, who became a martyr while trying to secure water for his children and wife.

Ahmed, 31 years old, was a father of three children and had just welcomed a beautiful baby girl two months ago. He lived next to my family in the tents, and my mother considered him like a second son. Since I am living abroad and his name was also Ahmed like mine, my mother saw a part of me in him and missed me through him. Ahmed was known for his kindness and willingness to help everyone. He supported my mother often, and everyone loved him for his kind heart and beautiful spirit.

On his last day, Ahmed went out to fetch water for his family, his children, and his wife. While trying to secure water, a plane targeted him with a missile, and he was martyred, leaving behind a grieving wife and children waiting for his return.

One of his young children, too little to understand, asked my mother, “When will my dad wake up?” unaware that his father will never return.

Gaza is being annihilated, and the world stands powerless. Please, do not let this tragedy go unnoticed. If you are able, donate to help save innocent lives that suffer every day. If you cannot donate, share this story with your friends and others. Every word and every share can make a difference and bring attention to a suffering that should not remain in the shadows. Your support in these difficult times means the world to us.

Hello everyone,

I'm Ahmed, living far from my family who are going through the hardest time of their lives. They are displaced in tents that offer no protection from the cold or the summer heat. Even getting water is a struggle for them. On top of that, they face rockets and shells being fired at them while they are in their tents.

I can't describe the feeling I had when I woke up to the news that last night the occupation dropped tons of explosives on the displaced people's tents while they were asleep. They were buried under the sand by barrel bombs. The news says entire families have been wiped off the face of the earth. Then I pick up my phone to check on my family. I call my father, no signal. I call my mother, no signal. Do you know the panic and fear I live through every moment worrying about my family?

I can't do much from here, but you can be a helping hand. Your donation and sharing of this message might give them a chance to survive and possibly help them leave Gaza as soon as possible.

Every minute of your time and every share of this story could make a huge difference in my family's lives. Please help me do what we can to support my family and alleviate their suffering.

€3,094 raised of €55,000 target! Only 3 donations in more than 24 hours!!!

Ahmed is trying to evacuate his family of 12, including 6 adults and 6 children under 16 years old!!! That's 6 children facing bomb threats every day!! Please help him get them to safety!

To illustrate the severity of the bombing, Israel dropped 2000 pound bombs on tents housing displaced families. This not only killed at least 40 people while injuring another 60 more, but also left behind craters that are at least 9-meters deep at the site of impact. Israel designated Al-Mawasi as a 'safe zone' and yet still bombed the displaced families staying there! Where are people supposed to go? While Ahmed's family survived the bombing, they need all the support they can get !!

Currently €3,144 raised of €55,000 target!

If you follow my blog, you probably know Hazem Khalil [1][2][3]. He is a dentistry student in Belgium who has been fundraising to save his family back in the Jabalia Refugee Camp, Gaza.

I am here to bring to your attention his close friend Ahmed Khader. Ahmed and Hazem were neighbors and friends before they moved to Belgium. Ahmed (@ahmedpalestine) is in a similar situation - he left Gaza to pursue higher education years ago and now has to support his family from afar as they endure the unimaginable. Originally from the north, they are now stuck in al-Maghazi camp in Deir al-Balah, an area now being heavily targeted by IOF airstikes and a tank invasion.

Ahmed tells me his family is faced with a truly wretched dilemma: evacuate to another area or stay put and try to survive. It's a false choice. They will face bombings, poverty, tank invasions, disease, and starvation no matter where they go. Because genocide does not allow people to make choices. It aims to annihilate them entirely.

Ahmed's campaign has yet to raise 2000 euros. Let's get him to 5000 as soon as we can, and consistently support him going forward. This money will allow his family to finance both their continued survival in central Gaza and any evacuations they are forced into in the future. Through your contribution they may be able to ward off annihilation for one more day.

Currently €1,734 raised of €55,000 goal! Last donation was 3 hours ago!!

Donations are really coming in close for Ahmed's campaign, please, please share and donate if you can!!!

I've been posting a lot about Hazem, please also help his friend Ahmed!!

Yesterday there was a bombing on estern Deir Al-Balah (middle of the strip) and while talking to @ilnjjar2 about it he said that 5 young men and one child were martyred near his family's home!!

Currently, there's 1 million displaced Palestinians in Deir Al-Balah and there's constant evictions happening. The situation is getting worse and worse by the hour and the IDF has been concentrating on the middle of the strip since the Nuseirat June 8th massacre (the "rescue operation" massacre)
