Friends, I’m reaching out again for support for my family in Gaza. what do you think the number of evacuation counted ?

and each time they return to even less. In my family 10 children suffer daily from constant stomach pain and diarrhea because of the scarce, contaminated food. With no safe food or water in sight, they desperately need help.

My family also includes 3 infants, including the youngest, baby Meryem, born just months ago during this horrific war. My sister nearly lost her life giving birth due to a lack of medical resources. She’s still suffering from severe infections because she couldn’t get the care she needed.

Since May, and because of your support my family has raised only 4,788 CAD of the 7500 CAD as first goal, and every bit is needed for food, clean water, and urgent medical supplies.

I don't think most of us understand exactly the extent of devastation in Gaza. In the first month of this genocide alone, the Gaza Strip has been hit with firepower the equivalent of 2 nuclear bombs! Between October 2023 and April 2024, Israel has dropped approximately 70,000 tons of bombs on Gaza, surpassing the bombing of Dresden, Hamburg, and London combined during World War II! And Gaza is only 360km² big, which is 4 times smaller than London and 2.5 times smaller than Hiroshima. But Gaza has a very high population density of 5,500 people per square kilometer, which is higher than that of most cites, including London!

Israel has not stopped or slowed its attack on Gaza. Just 2 days ago, Israel has killed at least 36 people during an airstrike on Nuseirat Refugee camp. The building targeted is a residential block housing children, families and displaced people.

My friend Mahmoud (@mahmoudfamily7) has 17 family members in Nuseirat right now, including 10 children. In addition to all the attacks, they cannot buy basic necessities as items have risen to 8000% more expensive than usual, or even more! They have 3 infants with them, including a baby born only a few months ago. Mahmoud's sister is also still healing from the infects she got from giving birth in a polluted environment with no medical resources!

I want to share with you the story of a remarkable father who dedicated his entire life to building a better future for his family.

After my family was forcibly displaced from northern Gaza and our home was destroyed a home my father spent his entire life building we lost everything. My father’s story is one of resilience and sacrifice.

He grew up as an orphan, losing his father at a very young age. Despite this, he worked tirelessly to put himself through university, balancing his studies while working at a restaurant to pay his tuition. His hard work paid off, and he eventually became a school principal.

Through his dedication, he managed to buy a small piece of land and build our dream home. He provided for us, ensuring we never went without. But then the war came, and in an instant, everything he built was gone.

Now, my family lives in a fabric tent on a cold street. Can you imagine the heartbreak my father feels? The weight of the suffering my family endures in the freezing winter? They don’t deserve this pain or this harsh life.

Please, help me stand by my father the man who fought so hard to give us a better life. Help me bring my family out of this dark tent and into a safe place. This is my only dream in life.

Our Story: A Call for Help

Dear friends in this post I explain my family story in short:

My family has endured extreme hardship. We were forced to flee our home in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood of Gaza as bombs and missiles rained down around us. Seeking refuge, we moved to Nuseirat, which was believed to be a safe zone. Unfortunately, our temporary shelter was directly hit by an airstrike, resulting in the tragic loss of an entire family in the neighboring apartment and in my family apartment the martyrdom of a woman and her two children Several members of my family were also injured, some severely.

Since then, we’ve been displaced over 10 times, constantly fleeing the relentless and random bombardments wherever we went. Our most recent displacement came when our tent was destroyed in another airstrike. Now, we are homeless, living in an uninhabitable location in Nuseirat.

I am reaching out to ask for your help. My family consists of 17 people, including 10 children, who are in urgent need of shelter, food, and medical care. Your support will bring much-needed relief and hope as we continue to fight for safety and survival in these devastating circumstances.

The world begins a new year, full of dreams and hopes, exchanging greetings and smiles. Meanwhile, our people in Gaza enter it burdened with tears and wounds.

How can a new year bring anything good to those who spent the past year under bombardment, hunger, and fear? How does a new year begin while the bodies of children shiver from the cold, the faces of mothers are exhausted from weeping, and fathers bow their heads before their families, unable to provide even a piece of bread or a blanket to shield them from the bitter night chill?

In Gaza, the new year does not signify change or a fresh beginning. It is an extension of pain, another page in the book of tragedy that has been open for decades. There are no celebrations here, no lights hung, no decorated trees, only darkness suffocating the breath. Mothers bury their children with tears, and souls leave this world in silence, unnoticed by anyone.

What kind of world begins its year with joy while ignoring an entire people being annihilated under the rubble? What conscience allows a new year to begin while Gaza drowns in blood, hunger, and cold?

How long will we carry this burden alone? How much longer will Gaza’s children hold blankets instead of toys, searching for a piece of bread instead of a gift? Stop this war. Stop this oppression. These are souls, they are human beings, they are a people crying out every day: We, too, deserve life.

My name is ihab, I am from Gaza, I am a 38-year-old father of four children , My story began on the 7th of October 2023. After this date I lost everything (my home, my work , my car), My family, and I went of hell as shelling and bombing haven't stopped even for one day. But this series of suffering couldn’t stop.

1- My children as the UN schools of my children were demolished, and there is no way for them to study again in Gaza. As important point my children were genius students and their dreams faded away.

2- I lost my own company . that I built step by step , IT company and workplaces .MY company had free workshops for serve society to decrease unemployment through freelancing .

3- I lost my warm and beautiful house. which bombed and destroyed

We got out miraculously to EGYPT, But we are suffering in EGYPT , and life couldn’t continue smoothly with us because we haven’t Egyptian residency . according to Egyptian granting laws , there for :

1- MY children can’t go to schools and complete their education . I can’t stand their question about when they can go to school as others , two years without education.

2- I can’t have chance to work in Egypt and have a job , My family is suffering from decreasing of basic needs of life (home, food, supplies, and medical necessities)

To stop this suffering we must leave EGYPT to any country that give Palestinians the residence as Turkey, Malaysia, Oman …atc through the residency I can work and my children continue their education .

The donations will be used to:

- Cover the costs of leave egypt for all family members.

- Secure temporary housing and provide basic necessities such as food, water, and medical supplies once wev are leave.

- Assist with initial resettlement expenses until we can find permanent solutions.

I am the father who struggles to achieve a safer future for his children . I hope you can save me and my family from this hell.

I want to introduce everyone to Abdullah. He is the younger brother of @ahmedpalestine and his short name is Aboodi he is four years old and in the picture above. Aboodi is helping his family collect scrap wood to build a fire for cooking. He likes this, trying to help his mom with chores and, love, do anything for his family. Aboodi loves animals so much, and he always feeds the neighbors' stray cats and loves to pet them and play with them, and if not for the genocide that he and his family were trying to survive it, he would have adopted a kitty 💗 and poor things he wants to go back to his house, and he misses the living room and laying on the sofa to watch TV and to watch toyor aljana (طيور الجنة) his favorite channel and sing along and dance with them and please donate to help evacuate him with his family to safety .
