Okay well the O’Brien one just says “Miles” before it’s cut off by the guys shoulder but considering it is right next to “Benjamin Sisko” it’s pretty clear which Miles he’s thinking of! (Further proof in the previous image before it scrolls all the way down - I can see ライ*ン which assuming the glitched out letter is ア or エ are in fact the last four kana in “O’Brien”)
