I hate how whenever I see or hear of anything i feel like a normal person, then like 10 minutes later, my anxiety disorder kicks me in the butt

I’m close to asking abt backing out of that oc contest if possible, I hate that I can never participate in anything without my anxiety being so mean to me. (No it isn’t cause I’m losing lol, it’s the anticipation of anything that makes me anxiety go wild)

I don’t feel normal and it sounds dramatic but it’s my ways of mental health, idk why I thought I count take part lol. I’m better at hosting. If I do choose to leave, (again if possible) then it was fun while it lasted
