I feel like ive seen quite a few gfms getting passed around and ive observed that a lot of them have stories of such exceptional people who have achieved so much, or were going to before the genocide cut it off. And i really commend them for it, i really do.

But it breaks my heart that palestinians reaching out to us feel the need to have to prove that they are they are good people who are worth the support, like theyre only worth being supported if they had a good gpa or were exceptional in some way.

They shouldnt have to prove that theyre beneficial to the economy somehow to be worth the support. They shouldnt have to be exceptional to deserve help. Our governments are putting them through this, both in the west and around the world too. They shouldnt have to prove anything. We owe them this

late 2021 my sister became disabled mere months before I got long covid( in early 2022), at the time I didn't know how serious that was and I figured I would eventually recover and then just take care of her. But I never recovered and probably never will I can't do this anymore. i don't see the point of doing anything, my abusive father is divorcing my mother and cutting us off financially I can't do this anymore I cant get a job nor do I want to look for one I just want to fucking kill myself. I've been ebegging for a while now but I've barely made a dent in the survival fund goal I'm begging you help me if you can in anyway. I want to meet my goal by the end of the year

a daily nightmare for mothers and fathers

Like salt on the wound, the “battle” of providing diapers imposes itself daily on my brother Ahmed and my sister Fatima, who are exhausted by hunger, poverty, displacement, and the repercussions of the genocidal war that has been ongoing since October 7, 2023.

Fatima's child suffered infections and diseases as a result of the lack of diapers.

As for my young child, Amir, he did not wear diapers before the war, but the bombing, fear, cold, and living in a displacement tent gave him bladder problems that led to involuntary urination.

The reason for the skyrocketing price of diapers is the continued closure of the crossings in Gaza.

For the first time, winter has become a heavy nightmare instead of a season of rest and tranquility. In these fragile tents that barely withstand the wind, the cold and rain have come to expose their weakness and deepen our suffering.

Last night, we were completely flooded. The ground beneath us turned into a pool, and the rain pierced through the tent, relentlessly falling on our heads. The children shivered from the cold, their small hands desperately seeking warmth amidst soaked blankets. I tried my best to wrap them in my arms, to create a sense of safety in the midst of this fear, but everything around us kept getting worse.

As if wars and destruction weren’t enough, winter has come to complete the harshness of our conditions. The rain seeps through mercilessly, and the cold paralyzes us. Yet, we will endure. We have no choice but to endure, but the situation worsens day by day, and we don’t know what tomorrow will bring under these cruel circumstances.

Maha’s father-in-law has suffered from diabetes for many years. After losing the family home to IOF bombardment and being displaced, the family was living in a tent on the street. The occupation recently bombed the tent, resulting in Maha, her daughter, a s her father-in-law being injured. Her father-in-law suffered a broken pelvis, which currently can only be treated with bed rest. However, this means he is unable to move, and his blood circulation is very poor as a result. This is very bad news for a diabetic. As a result, Maha’s father-in-law has fallen gravely ill. He was rushed to the hospital last night, and remains in critical condition.

The family needs money for his treatment. They also need money for food and water, and they especially need a new tent.
