Horrible delivery service you use these days. They said it would be delivered on one day and it never showed tracking. Then the day they said it was delivered it wasn't. It was delivered at 11:32 in the evening, which is impossible because you can't even get in this building after 6pm. Complete deception!!! So I got my refund. As much as I love your prices, You have to pick a better delivery service.

I place an order of vasceci and was sent a bottle of open tester, that was clearly marked illegal to sale. I sent the bottle back and requested for refund, I'm yet to get my money refunded after several weeks.

I ordered three different fragrances. Of the two I had used before, one, Classic, smells totally different from what I expected and was deemed a poor imitation by family members who are familiar with the scent. The other, Happy for Men, smells great. The third scent, Happy Perfume, is new for me and not my favorite. But that’s not a problem with the product.

I couldn’t find the original scent of ISSEY MIYAKE EAU DE TOILETTE or it would turn out to be bootleg. I’ve bought two bottles from you guys because finally I’ve got the original and it’s real! I’m so happy because I’ve been using it for years! I get so many compliments when I wear it. It’s also cheaper than in the stores. I would highly recommend this company for your perfumes.

Delivery was inadequate. Called company to say “not delivered” even tho an email was sent. I expect products, by the delivery person, to be delivered at my FRONT DOOR ON THE SECOND FLOOR. He/She needs to walk and find my apartment. Since I called customer service, another WAS delivered. Then , a soaking box was delivered. I expect to be charged for only one item. Hence, good product but terrible delivery.

Not once, but TWICE now I received a “your order shipped” email only to find that the tracking number says “label printed, will update when we receive the package”. I have been waiting on two tiny little bottles for a month now. VERY, very disappointed.
