Very disappointed

Having bought almost the most expensive mattress I have to say that I am disappointed. I bought the kingsize to replace the same size one as I already had. Motion transfer is the major problem which was the main reson for purchasing it, Every time one of us moves the other gets woken up. Even our 15 year old mattress did not do this. We are not heavy people. I was also surprised how far down the sides sink when you first sit on the edge. I even wonder if we actually received the right one. Very disappointed

Easy to order on line arrived on time …

Easy to order on line i bought the pro and it arrived on time, it's a very comfortable mattress I'm very pleased with it, the pillows I got free with mattress protector, I now wake up more refreshed and not aching in my neck hips and back a very good buy worth every penny

Hybrid mattress

Prompt delivery and good quality mattress. Very comfortable and supportive. Only downside is the initial smell when unpackaged and for about the first week. This is described in the details but was stronger than expected. Overall very pleased with the product and service.

They keep their promises - no questions asked

The product i ordered wasnt for me. I was worried they wouldn't honour their 200 night sleep guarantee but they absolutely did without question, no questions asked.

You cant ask for more than a company to keep their promises and let you try before you buy. I was dubious they would but they absolutely did immediately and it wasn't painful like it is with some companies. I have many other Simba products and will continue to use their company as they are ethical and keep their promises which in today's day and age means a great deal.

Absolutely love my new Simba mattress so comfortable
Also my Simba pillows which come with my mattress in a deal
Easy order process and was able to spread the cost

I cannot fault this company in any way

I cannot fault this company in any way. I ordered online and received my delivery date which I had to amend. I managed to change this within minutes on the online chat tab on their website. Everything arrived when they said it would and for the product itself its the most comfortable mattress i've ever slept on and the pillow is great too. I've only had my mattress and pillow for 2 nights now but i've had 2 of the best nights sleep i've had in a long time.

It stinks

It’s now been almost a month I have this mattress and although it’s comfortable, it continues to stink. I have tried airing the room, washing mattress cover, spraying linen with air fresheners. Nothing. Every night I go to sleep in what smells like wool lost in old cigarette smoke and when I wake up, this is the first smell I smell. Can’t really say I’m impressed with this and for the moment I am neither enjoying this mattress nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Do NOT use Simba!

Do not use this company!! After 1 year our hybrid mattress collapsed on one side, causing a huge pile of material to gather in the middle of me and my partner. We both experienced back pain and complained, I was refused a refund and offered a replacement. The ‘replacement’ they have sent me is a different product to the original mattress I ordered, it feels different and has been updated. It has completely different features / components to the mattress I ordered! I was not informed of this prior to accepting the replacement. I am still being refused a refund, this mattress is not what I ordered and is extremely uncomfortable, causing back pain.
Please do not waste your time!! The company’s customer service is disgusting and I feel completely let down. I’m escalating this to small claims court.

Everything was very easy!

Everything was very easy! There was a lot of choice, the website was probably the most difficult bit - couldn't work out how to get the mattress I wanted in the size i wanted into the basket! Eventually figured it out. Everything else was great - lots of options for purchase, and the Mattress arrived really quickly, and delivery was great.

I love this mattress!!!

I love this mattress! This is the third Simba mattress we have bought so far (just to clarify - all for different rooms, not because they have needed replacing), shortly to be buying our forth one. The first one we ever bought was 3 years ago and every night I go to bed I tell my husband that I love our bed and mattress, pretty much without a fail. 100000% recommend.

What a difference, amazing sleep! 🛌

Excellent ordering process. Completed the discussion on my lumpy old bed on a phone with my wife. I was able to sync the delivery to my moving date and felt confident at every stage from order to first time hitting the pillow: Best bed I have owned.

Brilliant.

Amazingly comfortable

Our mattress arrived exactly when expected and the delivery guys were nice enough to put it in the bedroom for us. Mattress has been amazingly comfortable so far and we hope this will continue for years to come.

t sure it is value for money, but time will tell.

Site was easy enough, but using the payment plan option was a bit more of a faff.
Bought the topper - Ive only used it a few days and am not sure if it makes as much of a difference that is claimed, or that my Dunelm topper for half the price, was doing. Still there is the 200 day MBG time. So I will stick with it for the time being.
The main thing we have noticed is the topper has a very distinct damp musty smell - apparently that disipates over time, but it is pretty pungent right now.

Customer feedback has led us to believe that you should always give your mattress topper thirty nights to bed in. Any new mattress topper can feel a bit different at first! Thirty nights will also give your topper enough time to adapt to its new environment and your regular sleeping position. 

Your new Simba topper comes with a 200-Night sleep trial, so you have plenty of time to test your topper before making a final decision on it. If you are finding that the topper simply doesn't suit your needs, please kindly reach out to our support team on our website https://help.simbasleep.com/ so that we can advise you on the best options for your needs.

Remember, if you are finding that the mattress your new Simba topper is resting on is too soft/too firm or is perhaps no longer supportive, unfortunately, your new topper would always follow the shape/level of comfort of the existing base that it's resting on.

You may notice that 'fresh-out-of-the-box' smell on some of your items upon arrival. This is due to the fact that we aim to deliver our products as soon as these have been manufactured and boxed, to ensure that the products received by our customers are brand-new!

This means that when first releasing the mattress topper, some customers may notice a stronger scent on the item than expected. Any smell found on the items should dissipate within a couple of weeks if they are aired during the day. Removing the bedding will of course expedite this process.

Disliked the delivery

Disliked the delivery. Guys arrived with filthy boots and had no covers for them when they went to the bedroom to take away the old mattress. They then brought the new mattress in and the box was absolutely filthy, dumped it on a cream carpet and said because of hygiene reasons they couldn't open it
