We have both been delighted with our Simba pillows. I have allergic rhinitis which gives me a blocked nose, particularly at night. The lovely new pillow made such a difference to that and gave me a great sleep. This has been the case every night since. I would definitely buy from you again and can thoroughly recommend them.

Value for money

Second mattress off Simba and don’t think I’ll ever choose another company, people comment on the price but I think this is great value for money baring in mine you sleep in it for eight hours a night.

Wonder Mattress!

Thank you simba! what a great night sleep it's been since getting our new mattress. Had back ache , never sleeping straight through it's been amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Stratos Pillow

Ordering was easy and delivery was very fast, can’t complain. However the pillows we paid over £50 for are absolute garbage, flat as a pancake, they say they have memory foam in them, if there is it’s not a lot. I would not buy again or recommend to anyone. I thought paying over £50 for a pillow would give be a quality product. Not the case. The wife and I don’t use them we gave them to the kids, they’re not as fussy!!

SIMBA SLEEP use scary men from AO to deliver

SIMBA SLEEP out-source their deliveries to AO. I paid £50 for old mattress collection and £10 for weekend delivery. The two men from AO refused to take my old mattress claiming there was no room on the van and then made me feel vulnerable and intimidated when I refused delivery of the new mattress. You cannot contact a human on Saturdays at SIMBA to get help. I will be going to an old fashioned shop instead with old fashioned customer service.

Great Service

The ordering was easy, the mattress was delivered exactly when they said it would be and, on top of all that, the mattress is great! Good quality and comfortable. No brainer!!!

The perfect sleep

We looked at mattresses for some time then we found Simba and the offer included the full set pillows quilt cover expensive yes but value for money oh yes. The full set provides the perfect sleep not to hot not cold. It just works fully recommendable 10/10. Well done the Simba team.

Outstanding support and service from the word go.
Choosing SIMBA was definately the best experience.
The mattress is divine thus far. Worth every penny, so deep and plush my youngest needs a run up !! Thankyou

Misleading and sneaky purchase incentives

Unfortunately, before I have even recieved my order I have had a poor experience with Simba. I purchased a refurb Hybrid Luxe mattress for £839 and recieved a pop-up during payment followed by an email from Simba offering me two free pillows worth £120 alongside the purchase. I was really impressed by this, but when the pillows did not show up on my receipt I had to get in touch with Simba via the chat option. I was put in touch with an agent who told me I would not recieve the pillows due to my purchase of a refurbished item. I was confused and disappointed as this was not stated anywhere on the advertisement or in the email.

The agent was cold with me, stating I could have seen this condition under the terms and conditions in a completely different section of the website, I believe they were trying to make me feel like a bit of an idiot. If the advertisements hadn't been so misleading, none of this would have been an issue. I feel very mislead and regretful for giving Simba my money now.

Awful mattress causes back pain

Awful mattress, sags in the middle leaving you sleeping on a slope. Causing severe back pain when more than one person sleeps on it. We are not overweight or heavy people just normal average weight. After one year when the guarantee runs out they don’t care and dismiss you. Rude customer service.

The item was damaged when it arrived

The item was damaged when it arrived, and sadly had no response yet regarding this. I couldn't even comment if it's comfortable. Quality should really be checked before items are sent out.

Great service and product

After moving into my new property, I decided to treat myself to a new bed from Simba Sleep.

The Hybrid® Pro Mattress is fantastic—I’ve already noticed a marked improvement in my sleep quality over the past few weeks.

The service was quick and exactly as promised.

I highly recommend Simba for anyone looking to enhance their sleep experience!

Excellent service A :o)

Straightforward to find the product I was after (cooling mattress topper) & speedy trackable delivery... perfect.

Initially took a few days to get used to a firmer topper than I am used to but now I won't be without it & it definitely makes for a cooler sleep experience.

Amazing kids mattress

Have had issues with my daughters sleep since she was born, getting worse as she became a toddler
