I was lured to the Hybrid 3-in-1 duvet by the Which?Best Buy review. Price initially off-putting but I’ve now been using it for a week and it is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The weight of the duvet is very evenly spread (it doesn’t ‘clump’ unevenly at all); fitting it into a duvet cover has never been more blissfully easy (it’s like inserting a blanket); I have only used the 7 tog so far (it combines with an additional 3.5), which has been a winning combination of light, warm and comfortable all at the same time. You can tell you’re paying for a very superior technology in its design. I am completely delighted. Additionally: it arrived the next day with no-cost delivery (and reliable 2-hour delivery window); comes with a great storage bag.

The ordering process was very easy and with only one query the Customer Services Team were helpful and the delivery guys from AO.com were fantastic. Oh yes, AND the mattress is super comfy.

I’m a heavy sweater in bed and I was sick of ‘cooling/wicking’ memory foam other mattresses were promising but I was still sweating.

Then, I discovered the Simba Hybrid Topper.

Comfort depends on the mattress underneath but I find mine firm but very comfortable and supportive. The best part? I haven’t sweat once in bed since I have got it. Not even on hot evenings!

This has literally changed my life as I was so embarrassed about my night sweats and it being unpleasant for my partner.

I previously bought the Simba cooling duvet before which is also amazing so I can come to the conclusion that Simba’s products are worth every penny.

Next on the list, the pillows!

Email stated time slot, only for it to arrive an hour early! Delivery carried out quickly and old mattress taken away. Intrigued to find mattress had been vacuum sealed, but when opened it quickly became the usual mattress shape. Within 3 nights my aching back had disappeared.

Decided to invest on a new pillow after getting neck pain from my previous memory foam pillow which I actually used for 4 years. Decided to go for this from reading it being ranked as the best pillows for all sleeping positions on Which, the hybrid pillow was on sale but I opted for a refurbished one for an even better deal. The pillow arrived in its own Simba packaging with the little bag to put cubes in, very clean and looks like new.

Tried the pillow for a week and I gotta say it certainly lives up to the hype. Like the website describes, the pillow feels as if sleeping on a cloud with excellent support no matter whether I’m sleeping on my side , back or on my front. I don’t actually have to take any cubes out and now I wake up everyday refreshed with no neck pain at all! Highly recommended and it’s definitely a good investment!

I was looking for a mattress as I have a really bad back. I got the bed on the mattress and it was so comfy. My back was better by 40% so I went all in. I got two pillows. I got the duvet. I got the mattress topper to finish it all off I got the bed linin to go with it all I I’ve never been so comfortable and all my life I am wrapped in Simba seriously do it and you have a 10 year guarantee well done Simba well impressed and 52-year-old. I have a mini mattresses and duvets and pillows but your product is something else, and believe me, I don’t write reviews but I think Simba deserves one thanks

Great offer. Delivery was within 2 days, delivery driver put my delivery where I needed it.
Finally a great night sleep, definitely feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I have no back pain or in my neck 😍

We had already had a standard Simba mattress and decided to upgrade to the Simba Pro, as we are re-decorating our bedroom. The old Simba mattress was starting to lose its shape/comfort after 7 years of use.

The mattresses arrived, the poor delivery man looked as though he was going to pass out by lifting it into my house so for his safety I said to leave it on the lawn. He was exhausted.
We replaced our old mattress and the first night was as expected, a very different sleep. The mattress was much harder than expected but I gave some time for my husband and I to get used to it as I had high hopes, but sadly I am wanting to return.

Recently purchased the hybrid pro mattress and it is easily the most comfortable mattress we have ever had or slept on. Fast delivery and excellent quality and comfort! Would highly recommend

Buy buy buy!!! Absolutely life changing!! Such a good nights sleep .. can’t wait to get in bed now !!! As a menopausal woman this mattress has changed my sleeping pattern of restless legs and night sweats to a restful and comfortable sleep.. delivery was flawless.
Went for the most expensive and not one regret!!!!!

Honestly couldn’t fault the company and delivery at all but the mattress isn’t good at all! Only took a few weeks for the permanent dents where we sleep to start and I’m not a heavy person. Anyways one year on I’m searching for a new mattress as I’ve now got bad hips from this mattress (I’m in my 30’s) and I just can’t live with the pain anymore.

Grim experience. Its a big expense so I had it in the basket for some time. Simba called and offered me a discount but the payment option I wanted was disabled for some reason. This took days and days to resolve and in the end they filled out an invoice for me. Mattress arrived today, wrong size and they only booked a mattress collection though I purchased the £100 VIP mattress and bed collection. So I am stuck with an old mattress and a dismantled bed and customer services haven't even got a phone number to help resolve this. How is this service worth the price tag???

Recieved my mattress Wednesday 31st of July, so far it's been amazing. Best night sleep I've ever had, decoded ro order because I have sciatica that flares up alot and needed a decent mattress to support my back. I'm finally sleeping through the night without waking to turn over 🙂

The first night I used my body pillow I had a much better nights sleep and I have used it every night since and my lower back pain that I suffered with has now gone, wish I'd bought this months ago. Highly recommend for people who sleep on their side.

I really loved the simba mattress for the first few months. It's comfortable, and a well rounded mattress. However, it has gotten softer over the span of 2ish years. There is now a sizeable dent/divot in the middle from where I sleep despite me rotating the mattress often. It's a shame since I really did like sleeping on it but the longevity is a fraction of a regular mattress.

I was a little concerned ordering a mattress on line in a box however I went with the reviews.. and not disappointed a Seem-less service from ordering on line , quick delivery and removal of old mattress.

Mattress arrived on time and in perfect condition. Communication throughout was good and a phone call from the delivery guys was received to let me know exactly when they would be here. The two young gentlemen who delivered it were very polite and efficient and delivered to the room of my choice as promised. All in all perfect service. As for the mattress, I've only used it for a couple of days but so far so good. Very comfortable.

I have never slept so well. I would toss and turn in the night waking multiple times. I can honestly say I now sleep right through to the alarm in the morning. I bought the original mattress, pillow set and duvet. With 25% off bundle deal. It has been the best value for money I've spent in a long time. I would buy the bundle again as this takes your sleep to the next level.

Second mattress purchased because I was pleased with the first one after 3 years of use. That said, would never pay the full price. I had 25% discount and a free mattress protector which made the cost more realistic.
