Brilliant absolutely love my new Premier memory foam mattress one thing the premium delivery isn't worth the 15 pounds they only put the box in a Room of your choice but otherwise amazing mattress came 3 days after I ordered it and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive

It took longer to arrive than originally observed but this was mainly due to the carriers only delivering in this area once a week. Also, I was left to unwrap the mattress and get it onto the bed myself and that takes some doing. I also found the fitted sheet "walks" on the mattress protector. Other than these small points the mattress is as described. Would I recommend it - I certainly would.

It feels like sleeping on the floor it's so hard.
I weigh 10stone and side sleeper and feel no pressure relief.
I won't be sleeping on it again it has given me serious back and shoulder pain and sciatica. I will be using an air mattress until I get a refund. Please let me know If I can return it sooner than 30 days as It will just be stood in the living room until I can return it.
Also the cover for the mattress is very uncomfortable and lumpy to sleep on. Worst mattress I've ever had. NUK193016

I was skeptical of this bed. My dad raved about them but investing so much in a bed was really difficult to me.
As someone who finds it hard to spend more than $500 on anything, I will tell you… this is worth EVERY Penny.
I have the Nectar Premier Copper Hybrid and we did a split king because I’m expecting and we knew I’d like the option to sit up to nurse at night.
Not only have I gotten the best sleep of my life, but I’ve gotten during my entire pregnancy. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have not had a sleepless night. This is huge for me because before I was even pregnant I was not sleeping well. This is my 3rd pregnancy in 4 years and my other 2 pregnancies I had horrible horrible sleep and always woke up aching.
It’s worth every penny. If you’re debating it- do it!

On the second mattress in 6 months decided i don't want to swap it again and asked to get the 365day refund. They said i had to wait for collection from a 3rd party they have no control over before they will issue my refund. Then company that are collecting haven't bothered to show up, and whats worse is its a charity and nectar think its ok to send a faulty mattress to a charity.

customer sevice was excellent. I had ordered a medium to firm mattress and initially I was worried that it was too firm for me when I first slept on it. I discussed with customer services and they assured me that a mattress enhancer would help me whilst the mattress was settling to my body. This certainly helped and now I am sleeping soundly and love my mattress. I am glad I was patient and did not request an exchange for a softer mattress. My back problems are responding positively to a firmer mattress.

Got my nectar mattress 2 years ago and already it has sagged at both sides, causing me to "roll" towards the edge!!! Even though I turn it every month!!!
Have emailed nectar but they didn't respond!!! I am now considering buying a much cheaper replacement, whats the point in buying such an expensive mattress when it needs replaced after such a short time.

The mattress is great, really supports my entire body well and would recommend without hesitation.
My only gripe is that the free delivery was hallway only and when ordering it was not clear that I was expected to get it to the bedroom myself. The ingenious design whereby the mattress is coiled up and inflates when the airtight wrapping is opened allowed me to do this but for some people this would be a real problem.

Apart from strong smell which very slowly go away everything is spot on.
Understand foam still cutting due production process and packing but for health reason foam required curring before will ship to customers. I understand production process and storage is the bigger issue but no one want to breath this chemicals pollution as customer.

Our king size Nectar mattress is less than 3 years old and we are going to have to replace it. It has dipped so badly on both sides. We reported this to Nectar last year and they sent someone out twice. Although they agreed with us that it had dipped badly, it was under 4cm which is their measure. This is 4cm without us lying on it. My back aches so much now it wakes me up.
In response to Nectar’s comment below, my frustration is not caused by the outcome of the mattress inspection, rather it is at myself for not reading the small print of Nectar's ‘Forever Warranty’! Anyway, having just woke up from another bad night’s sleep with an aching back, I’m off to order a pocket sprung mattress! The Cloud Topper we purchased (see review below) is wonderful but still not enough to correct the valleys in between the mountain range that runs down the middle of Nectar’s mattress! I also notice many of the reviews on these mattresses are very soon after purchase whereas my one is after over two years. we should NOT have to be buying another mattress yet!
