Basically everything went according to plan as they say but my takeaway experience is how easy and straightforward the contacting and the positive and friendliness of the customer helpline system was. Even though I asked lots of questions re avaiability, delivery etc. nothing was a problem to them; what a pleasant experience these days. Product superb. Very pleased

This mattress is so comfy that I’m now getting a full night’s sleep and am no longer sweating which I don’t quite understand but they said it would keep me cool and boy did they deliver.
I’d like to say this mattress is extremely heavy but luckily the guys who delivered it took it upstairs for me.

Everything was seamless, the whole experience was without trouble. The delivery was on time and the mattress is the BEST I have ever slept on. And I have stayed in many hotels round the world.

The buying experience from start to arrival of our mattress was stress free. The mattress arrived an hour earlier than the alotted time slot, but the delivery people phoned to ensure it was okay. The mattress is probably one the best we have ever had. Really comfortable. A good night's sleep every night so far. Only one down side. I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings now! :-)

So glad we bought this mattress, my hips no longer hurt, great night sleep. We bought the quilt and duvet bundle and the sateen quilt cover, with the matress, really does feel.like your sleeping on a cloud. Great price, good quality and the long guarantee really does make this a great buy.

Helpful, great delivery but best of all a fantastic mattress.
- it was delivered in torrential rain and the box got wet and the dye came off it onto my trousers staining them. Highly unlikely issue but thought I’d mention it. That said the mattress was in perfect condition and exceptional quality and depth. Delivery guys were very helpful.

My mattress arrived promptly and communication was excellent. The delivery man carried it upstairs for me which was appreciated. I have slept so well since receiving my mattress. I am extremely pleased with it,so comfy!

A brilliant quality mattress BUT the jury is out at the moment as to whether it is too soft for my regular bouts of Sciatica. Customer service and warranty offered is amazing.

Had some issues with delivery, which was resolved and they offered more discount for inconvenience. Customer service is great, but more importantly I am satisfied with the mattress. Using it for 10 months now and have no complaints whatsoever. Sheets that I bought with mattress are amazing, super soft material.

I've now used all of the top 5 mattress companies & can say without doubt that the DreamCloud is the best I've slept on by such a long way.

The mattress is perfect for my needs. It's both firm whilst so soft & I've slept well on this from day one.

I would strongly recommend this mattress to anyone who would listen top me.

After only three years, their mattress compressed to the point it was unusable. While they did replace, they refused to cover the cost to dispose of the old one, which is not an insignificant cost. Once I posted a BBB complaint, they said they would refund me that cost but only to the original method of payment which is a now closed credit card. So bottom line, they won't actually refund that money. Be aware you may end up shelling out hundreds more during the 10 year warranty if you have to keep getting replacement mattresses.

Every part of the Dreamcloud purchase experience was wonderful. We purchased at a great price online, delivery was smooth and well communicated and even a slight hiccup (screws not fitting the base board) was quickly overcome by superb customer service! Best for last was actually 'experiencing' this dreamcloud bed - truly one of the most comfortable experiences imaginable! Well done Dreamcloud. You have OVER delivered 😃!

What I need to say is that the mattress is of a lovely quality BUT for me too soft and bouncy. It's not firm enough I didn't want a rock solid mattress but due to regular bouts of sciatica I do need something firmer. Customer service are absolutely excellent with their understanding and suggestion of help before I make a final decision as to whether to return it or not

Waiting to give the mattress fair time but currently not to thrilled with it, the reviews aren’t accurate, can feel every time my partner moves on the bed. Also order process was a disaster, ordered through Quidco but dreamcloud have told them the order didn’t exist so not getting the £50 cashback I was due. So if you are buying that way don’t account for the cash back and you must be willing to give the matteress time to get used to it. If it’s still like this after another month we will send back and go elsewhere. Box also came absolutely battered so was concerned upon delivery but all was protected inside.

Purchase and delivery all good. So far the comfort of the bed is very good. Most , if not all, of the joint pain experienced on my previous mattress have disappeared.

Great mattress can't be faulted but I used topcashback thinking I would get cashback I was I formed by topcashback that dreamcloud stopped me getting any back despite purchasing via there.so overall great product which I would recommend highly unfortunately don't.cpunt on cashback even if you use the site nothing will come from topcashback and they fully blame dreamcmclounfd

I will be totally honest, I have had the mattress nearly one month and my back does feel at lot better, however the customer service from this company is absolutely shocking the way i have been spoken to and treated ignored i am sending everything back!!! and will be buying the Simba Mattress
