I was kindly ordered a canvas for Christmas by my dad. The order was confirmed, I then got several emails (automated) saying it was being prepared, but when I clicked the tracking link it said the order had been cancelled. I got in touch to find out what the issue was (not cancelled by me or father). Two weeks later and two emails to them from me, two from my father who placed the order and neither of us have had a reply. Terrible communication.

Zazzle cancelled my order because they are offering images on their website which are copyrighted but don't own right to it! And the images are still there. But worst, they took my money and at this day a month later I still wasn't refunded!
